Well... here's hoping for more activity from me. So busy lately... new job... Xmas... lots to do.. I just got an email from Lex... and was talking to Myrror. Let me rephrase that. *wry grin* I sent you a PM, via the Orchard's internal messaging system. It's something I've been meaning to ask you about for awhile, so no rush on an answer. That's good you're doing well. ^_^ This past year has been awesome. We're coming up on our first anniversary here in a few days. Time has really flown! My husband will be graduation with his bachelors in just one more semester. Of course, he's going right on to graduate school, but people have said that's less time consuming, so I'm hoping it'll be not as stressful/busy. Ooo, have fun with the cookies! |

New Job is going well... just starting to gear up for THREE homeshows in Jan/Feb. so we need the paintings finished... we keep having problems... but they're fixing themselves slowly... O.o Just so behind. We work straight and hard... only to finally notice the clock around 3pm. O.o it's nice to be busy... but GAH!
::hugs Silv:: I'm glad things are going well! I have a steady BF now... I know he wants to marry me... but I made him promise not to till he's out of the U of A (did you know I graduated last year? ::hee hee:: I've been free from art school for a year! YAY!)... but I think he's thinking to buy me a ring. ::gulps!:: scary! But he's awesome. I should post pics. ^.^
Ok... internal messaging... I'll check that. ^.^ it's been a LONG time since I was on one of these boards!
::makes mental note to come by more often:: sometimes I find myself bored and staring at the comp. dunno why I don't do anything productive! ~LOL~

Yeah... the job is busy. Nice... but busy. I actually get to USE my art degree. ^.^ What a concept eh? I'll have to go into a long and drawn out explaination of it... but the short version is; we have digital paintings... that we print on canvas. Kristen and I then put clear acrylic medium on them to give them faux 'brushstrokes' so they are then faux paintings. IT's awesome though. SOOOOO thankful I'm not in that toy store now! ^,^ 7 years was enough! ::waves to Raven:: Sorry... had to step out. Mom took me to dinner after we finished the cookies. ^.^ ::but gives a hug:: How are things going for you? ::makes mental note:: REALLY need to post pics... and more recent artwork. ^.^ Of course you can see my main love...
