I'm thankful for the small things that appear at just the right time to keep me moving through the day despite my fatigue and stress. I'm also thankful for my friends, their humor, their love, their support, and their loyalty.

Pros: The internet and most online communication can be very helpful in obtaining information. It allows you to contact many people very quickly if you need information. A survey, for example. XD
Also, it allows you to interact with people who share your interests from across the world. It's a great way to meet casual friends and share your ideas. It's also helpful in aiding creative and personal expression. I'm a lot more vocal and eloquent online than I am in real life. (embarrassed) It's pretty much an easy access to a community of people that you can do about anything with short of physical relationships.
Cons: Communities can be unsafe and sometimes inappropriate. They allow an anonymous contact that requires a certain presence of mind. People can be decieved much easier in online communities.
Online friends often times are not the best of friends in the fact that communication is limited. The social skills you develope online aren't the same as the ones you need in face-to-face contact such as expression, vocalism, and posture.
It's also harder for an online friend to prove their loyality. They won't be standing up against a bully for you any time soon; they can comfort you after but you have no way of knowing if they really care. Thus, you may be forming a complex and hard to manage network of meaningless relationships. That is, spending your energy creating and maintaining a community that's only purpose is to feed you superficial support. Escapism can become a problem. It is important to realize friends, family, and an identity outside of this one.
Especially since in RP communities you often portray someone you are not. Someone you want to be but someone not true to you.

I think that's the word "koi" as in "love." Just like all those really stupid fanfic people try to use Japanese by making their characters call each other "koi" which is their attempt, I think, to make a nickname out of the word "lover." >_> Unless koi-love is the same character for koi-fish? I wouldn't know.

I'm looking for mine. They're somewhere in my immense website. By the way, for my Jeweled Wolves, can I just give you the pack main page (they're all in the pack) or do you want a seperate entry for all...15 (?) of them?

Wow, the texture on that is amazing. I am, frankly, quite impressed. I really like it a lot and it has a great sort of ominous mood. Like something lurking.
Edit:
Name ideas:
Hunger Softly Waits A Twisted Kind of Dance Watcher in the Forest A Phantom Lurking Near Wraith and Silent Wood

Wow, you've got some great stuff there; I'm impressed and a little jealous. XD
I'm amazed at that change your art has undergone; I remember some of your older stuff and you've really refined your style a lot. Wonderfully, in fact. I wish my skill weren't so stagnant and grew like yours has.
