Ahh, I would have killed to go to a Tamora book signing, Axis. I've loved her books since I was about six. I've often wondered why she hadn't sold into making an Alanna movie, and I guess that's why. I hope they never do make any movies from her books, I love them too much.
Mmm, I don't think that they'll really show the Ra'zac, it's in Eldest that you really get a good description of them, or really find out what they are.
Speaking of Peirce, she also ruthlessly killed off a few characters in her later books, primarilly in the Trickster Series. I was shocked when Chris killed off so many people, the first book and a main charater is already gone. I was also amazed when I first started reading Eldest, he had no hestitation to dive into the action and kill off more important people.
It has so many twists and turns...like Oromis? Where'd he come from?

There was a thread about it...erm, forever ago. But I couldn't find it.
Anyways, I have impatiently waited for trailers for the movie, and I must say, I am terribly displeased with the cast. Eragon isn't at all right...
Though, I am as excited to see it as I was the new Pirates movie, and the newest Harry Potter, I don't think Eragon will be able to compete. It doesn't look that good. ::hugs the book:: Please let me be wrong.
Well, I'm still going to see it, and pray that I can ignore how Eragon is supposed to look, as well as Arya...and Brom. Maybe the trailers were misleading... ::crosses fingers::
I only just recently started reading Eldest. I kind of forgot about it, I read so many books that it just got pushed to the back of the shelf. I'm only about a fourth of the way done, and I want to finish it before I see the movie.

She must have become an expert while making wedding arrangements.
I personally like Orlando better in LOTR...not that I'm a big fan of him, or LOTRs.

I'm also miffed that they're gutting the original rides to make them fit with the movie. they are?!!!??! ::twitch:: that was by far my favorite attraction...why...? The movie did have a few scenes that were very close to the rides. Like the prisoners and the dog... And...fangirls in general are no fun. 'Tis why I never enjoyed concerts. I can't stand people singing and screaming. I can't even stand it when people sing along to anything. Escpecially when they don't know the lyrics, so they hum and only sing the chorus. But that's getting off topic XD

Ah, I want to see it again ^_^

Eeks, I saw it last night, and there wasn't nearly that large of a crowd as we thought. There wasn't anyone standing because the theatre ran out of seats XD
I hate cliffhangers. The next one is coming out around...labor day, correct? ::wiggles:: I wish to see it again ^_^
...and I agree...'I've got a jar of DIRT! I've got a jar of DIIIRT, and guess what's inside it!' is by far the funniest line...

I think me, my sister, and my mom may go see it. I was going to go the midnight showing with the percussion section...but here in Carroll County, we don't show midnight showings. I swear, we need a new theatre. When I went to see the Da Vinci Code, they were out of popcorn. What kind of theatre runs out of popcorn?
I'm afraid, though...the theatre's going to crowded beyond all good reason XD

Haha, when I was little I always tried to argue that riding horses was just as difficult as many other sports. But, of coarse, no one in Illinois is going to believe that...thank god we moved.
But now I just try and argue that Equestrian is indeed a sport...for it is in the Olympics and all...
Since when does a ball have to be involved to make something a sport?

I agree with Alpha Bloodscythe, the horse doesn't see straight ahead, which may make it a tad more difficult. Plus the rider is there measuring the correct spot to take off, the rider can balance their weight and the horses, assist the landing, set the correct speed to clear the fence, etc.
And they say all the riders do is sit there and let the horse do the work. Pfft.

Hmm, I bet you were asked that at Shivuez, correct? Most members there aren't involved with OMB, so in order for them to RP you're Rivets they'd have to join something or another.
But, yes, RP boards are usually a world in which buyers can role play a certain creature made by the owner of the site.
Personally, I think a Rivet RP board would go over nicely, as you're Rivets have obvious personalities, and RPing them would be quite a lot of fun. But that's only my opinion, which isn't worth much, lol

::agrees:: The hair is an annoyance. It's kinda of like watching a disney movie sequel with new voices for old characters...it's just one of those annoying things...
What /is/ with Requiem for a Dream music? I bought that CD because I loved the music so much. That movie was amazing...and quite scary.
I'd be interested in watching such a movie...but I'm afraid of watching movies based off books and games and what not as I'm afraid it will just ruin the book for me.
