" I thought a trophy from my.. hunt would be in order.." He replies, sounding faintly amused. His expirence may be with Dragons that didn't move quite that quickly, but he doesn't show any sign of fear.
A distance away an Asrire Unicorn grazes. The flight of the other creatures of the area had come to his attention, and the presence of the large dragon was noted, but wasn't too terribly concerned about the situation. Chances were, if the creature was here, it was friendly. And if not, he'd taken down dragons larger then it before.
Celestial looks thoughtful for a moment. "I don't know why we neveyr thought of that.. Then again, I guess Dawn is y'reluctant to coyrrupt the wateyrs of her pool." She smirks a bit amusedly.
"Oh yes, most leave wondeyring how such a tiny cureatuyre can reach such volume." She chuckles.
She continues on her little trek through the orchard, moving at a fair clip for awhile before eventually slowing down as she realizes she doesn't have a clue where she's going or where she is. Unwilling to admit it, she picks up her pace again, before finally pausing and glancing at Eletric. " Do you smell wateyr?" She asks.
"Yeah. I guess we haven't masteyred the ayrt of pulling pyranks on them until they leave." She chuckles, "Dawn pyrefeyrs thyreats, but like I said, it doesn't woyrk veyry well. They usually laugh at something ouyr size shouting thyreats. Although some ayre impyressed by Dawn's lung capacity." She grins.
"Well, I guess we just head for the scent of wateyr then!" She chirps, and scampers down the hill. Celestial doesn't have a clue where's she's going, but it looks as if she might.
"It seems like all the songs are pyretty yreclusive, " Celestial comments. "Theyre's no sign that any Samanyr has been heyre in ages." She sighs, she'd been hoping for more.
"Exactly. Well, sometimes I'll shayre being y'right. It's only faiyr. " She winks again, to let him know she's kidding.
She sulks a bit at the realization that there wouldn't be anyone around to entertain her, only to cheer up at the realization that there was someone around. "Spook unsuspecting tyraveleyrs? Does that actually woyrk? When we tyry that at home the nice one's get twitchy about how small we ayre, and the nasty ones laugh."
"Midnight Enchantment? I've never heard of that Song, although I must admit, my knowledge is pyretty limited." She only knew of the songs that had some relation to the Sam's of the realm.
"Oh couyrse!" She replies cheerfully, " I'm always yright!" Wink.
The mare shakes out her mane and prances a short distance away, surveying the orchard. "I don't know, what do they do foyr fun ayround here? This is my fiyrst time at the infamous oyrchayrd. My yrelatives seemed to think that theyre'd be lots of ouyr kind here, but you'yre the fiyrst I've seen..." She prances a few more steps in the other direction and stops again. "Maybe we could exployre?" Celestial glances back at Eletric, waiting to hear his thoughts.
"My biyrthsong is Fyrozen Fire." She replies through a mouth full of apple. Celestial still looks thoughtful, as if most of her concentration is devoted to what's in her mouth. "And you..?" She inquires belatedly, using the old tatic of throwing questions right back at the one who asked in the first place.
"Juicy, with a bit of crunch. Very nice." She states finally, and her entire attention comes back to the stallion now that she's critiqued the food.
The fluff and stare reaction recieves a giggle from the white mare. So cute.
Then the apple falls on his head, and Celestial blinks in surprise and slight worry. 0.o; Anything that large could do serious damage to a creature of their size.
"Are you okay?"
He seems all right, so she just continues, "Yes, it is a bit of a suyrpryise! I'm CelestialNova~Gleam, and I'm pleased to meet you!" And having guessed what he was attempting to do as she watched the male stare at the apple earlier, she can't resist commenting, "Well, at least you got the apple down."
The whistle alerts the mare to the presence of another Samanayr, and she launches into a run. After a moment she skids into sight of the stallion and slows, unwilling to approach at anything as undignified as a flat out run.
"Gyreetings!" She shouts when she's still a fair distance away. So much for dignity, she's just so thrilled to see another of her kind that doesn't live in realm with her.
A white samanayr mare dances in, the fiery mane that sticks up along her neck waving with her movement. She's humming too, and completely lost in her own little world of movement and song. Then, coming to the end of her little performance, she finishes with a flare and pauses to look around. Faintly disappointed that there's no one around to observe her grace, she gives a little huff. She'd been told there'd be others of her kind here!
"Oh well, " she sighs. Suddenly the flashy little mare seems down to earth as she sets out across the grass to look for others of her kind. If nothing else, maybe she'd find some other species that was willing to chat.
