The Tsume hesitates, and in reply one of the ribbons tightens around his front leg, its edges becoming sharp and dangerous. A small trickle of blood runs along the pale flesh, and the larger dragon flinches.
"indeed they do." he murmurs, lowering his head to the wound as the fluttering ribbons retreat again, a red tongue licking softly at the wound until the bleeding is staunched. "they are a prison.. they keep me bound and unable to fly too far or fast, to speak with my full ability, even to hunt for prey." He does appear rather gaunt, though the sight likely doesn't phase the little Gryvern.
"if I were not bound so," he says in a second, speaking slowly and with hesitation. "I could help you become thin."

The tsume's ears flatten, and he tilts his head to the side. "but you are. you look so light, just a biteful. he suddenly leans very close, but not in a threatening manner, despite his odd words. "do you wish to be thin? i wish i could help you."
He leans back again, closing his eyes and sighing gently. He shudders as the ribbons flick quickly, looking pained.

"just yourself. but the world speaks of newcomers if you listen to it." He offers a slight grin, and the ribbons twitch with what looks to be extreme agitation. After a moment, they settle once more, and the Tsume eases to the ground easily. He coils his tail around his forlimbs, sitting as easily as one with hindlimbs would, despite his obvious lack of them.
He looks closely at the small figure before him, and a calculating look enters his eyes. Those eyes seem to betray an intelligence far greater than the Tsume's speech tell. The ribbons flare again, and the spark in his eyes disappear. "you are so very thin. He remarks, the currently dulled eyes travelling over the skeletal body.

"i am that." The white form replies, never stopping his movements. A strong current flows through the wings, and they glow vividly for a moment. His eyes pick up a similar glow, and when the glow vanishes, his eyes are a color very similar to that of the Gryvern. The ribbons twitch and wrap around the Tsume quickly, before relaxing again. Once they fall, he tilts his head to the side. "you are.. gryvern?"
There is something undeniably odd about the dragon. Not dangerous, just.. Strange. It seemed like there was something wrong with the way he moved, and most of all with that hushed and sorrowful voice of his.

The shape hesitates for a moment, then slips silently from the shadows, curling around itself several times before turning oddly-glowing yellow eyes to the young gryvern. The glowing wings shine with electrical impusles traveling along the many veins with every movement, and the long red ribbons move endlessly in an unseen wind. Though beautiful, the figure was haunting and strange as well. The serpentine dragon dips his head low, never taking his eyes off the star-flecked blue. " greetings." He says, his voice sounding like nothing more than a wheeze of breath, oddly diminished for something his size. " do you seek something..?"

A curiously serpentine form moves through the nearby trees, almost fully shadowed apart from a pair of.. almost dragonfly-like wings which glow with a spectral green shade. The shape moves along elegantly, occasionally stopping to do what appears to be look around before continuing along.
The shape continues on this odd path until it notes the skeletal gryvern, and the eyes light up with a strange interest. Completely silently, the form slides after the youngster.

Kolya dove, tripping in mid-air, his agility compromised by the deep cut on his side. The water hit his tail and haunch, sending him to the ground once more. The mage was growling in his throat, looking eagerly for a way to retreat. He was not built or trained to fight like this.. The experience he had as his "past life" as a warriour was likely all that had kept him alive for the time. His hide rippled, for though the water had done no physical damage, it had offended the mage gravely.
A trail of flame licked over the open wound, cauterizing it with a sizzle and sending up a smell of burnt flesh. Kolya retreated immediately, beginning to focus on dispelling the darkness.
---
When the Tsume landed before Havrani, it seemed to sap the last of the blue Gryvern's strength, and her legs buckled beneath her. Her eyes were wide, white showing fully around the dark iris. Her ears lay flat against her neck, gaze locked on the huge dragon. She was the picture of animalistic terror, tail wrapped so tightly around herself that it seemed under the fur it must have gone white.
She heard another's approach, but did not move. It was obvious that even her mate's insanity was not so frightening to her as the large green dragon that now stood before her. Then Rastko spoke, and it was as if someone had flipped a switch in her mind. "Where can I go? It seems as if my every nightmare is springing to life around me.." When he nudged her, she jumped - her skin was trembling almost hard enough to be visible from a distance.
Aniol dove after Rastko and Jaradka, landing near the green-spined Tsume, seeing her hesitation. "Please, Havrani, you are with pups. You need to be taken to safety.." he looked up at Jaradka, his own ears flattening for a moment. "Jaradka can be trusted. Casimir has taken her as his mate. She is here to help you." The Air looked at Rastko, a small note of panic in his voice. How could they remove her from this area with the necessary speed? Only by.. Oh, heavens forbid, but it seemed the only answer.
"Jaradka.. Can your claws be as gentle as they can be cruel? Could you carry her?"
((wow, I really carried on XD sorry, folks.))

The energy Kolya had been storing exploded in a blast of heat and flickers of flame as the warriour's claw connects with his side. The mage howled with pain and rage, diving to try to escape the globe of darkness (or at least dim it). The flash of fire lit up the arena enough that Kolya could see his opponent's location for long enough to summon a small globe of fire, lobbing it skillfully at the warrior. The heat within the globe was rising to almost unbearable levels, as Kolya continued to store energy within his mage gem.
Havrani cried out, cowering away from the darkened globe, eyes wide with terror. "Oh, someone help, please!" she cried piteously, her voice wracked with emotion. It would be clear to any passerby that, had she been able to fly, she would have lept into the globe of darkness hanging above her long before.
---
Aniol's attention had shifted in a moment to Casimir, eyes flashing. "You can help your brother dispell the darkness, correct?" He was tense, ears fully erect, attention passing between the group in the sky and that on the ground almost constantly.

Kolya leapt into the air as soon as he noticed Mikhael's movement, shooting away from the crimson bullet. He hissed with rage, pulling his tail to his body as he rises into the air, ears flat against his neck. Things had obviously gone on for long enough in his mind, and it was time to put this twisted creature to rest. The air around the mage practically hummed with unused energy as he focused on his mage gem, preparing an attack. The temperature around him seemed to be increasing as well..
Havrani cried out, her emotions torn completely between fear for the mage and fear for her mate. Oddly enough, she had little fear for her own well-being, which might have been considered useful in the current situation.
---
Aniol moved with the kind of urgency rarely experienced, the wind whipping his mane and tail straight back. His eyes were locked on the clearing ahead, and as he saw the crimson form leap into the air, he slowed, glancing at his companions.
"It would appear.." he said, eyes flashing. "That the situation has escalated."

Aniol's eyes hover on the Chaos, flashing momentary unease, then he offers her a small smile. "Indeed it is, huntress, and I see that as more reason to keep it close by." He nods politely to her, and to the other Gryvern, before leaping into the air and speeding back to the other group.
---
Kolya's ears flick back and a soft growl escapes him. He would like more than anything else to injure the crimson, but he sees no way of doing so without the blue being injured as well. He continues to watch, eye flashing with obvious rage, but offers Mikhael nothing in terms of a reply.
"N-no, I will not.." Havrani whimpers, ears laid flat against her skull. "I fear.. I fear for our pups, Mikhael. Please let me stand."
Kolya hesitates at this statement, looking the female over inquisitively. The pups.. They're coming soon, it seems. All the more reason to act carefully. He takes a step forward.

Aniol stands silent through the show of emotions, his eyes flicking from Casimir to Jaradka to Mahu and then back to the warriour. His oversized tail is wound around his rear legs again, a habit he seems to indulge in whenever tension runs high in a group. "Dangerous prey indeed," he murmurs, ears laying back for a moment.
"Shall I lead the way?" he asks, looking over to Mahu. "Or would you rather?" his tone of voice is thankful. He sees that her outburst had helped their cause more than measured words ever would.
---
Kolya's eye is narrowed, and he stares at the pinned female. Her mate was mad, he could see clearly, as her words seemed to have no effect on him whatsoever. Mad but cunning, he noted, as he had a certain skill at turning words around. For now, she seemed to be safe - if there was such a thing, in the paws of the crimson Trance. He was hesitant to make a move for the time.
"Mikhael.." Havrani whispers in her sing-song voice, trembling from nose to tail-tip. "Mikhael, m-my legs.. I have no feeling i-in my legs.. Let me stand, at least?" she whimpers, returning the affection and licking his nose again.

"I am Aniol, Scholar and friend of Mozer." Once more, the male drops his head with respect. Though his oversized tail wraps tightly around his rear legs, stunned to see the large and intimidating dragon, somehow he is able to keep cool when the female Tsume makes her threatening greeting. After all, he figures she wouldn't.. eat Gryvern, would she? "There is a fight between Gryvern. One is an.. insane male who seems to desire to kill his mate. The other is your brother, Kolya. My companions and myself do not consider ourselves fighters, so we rushed to find you with as much swiftness as possible." He speaks quickly, knowing there is no time to rest.
"I only want to find a way to heal you, Mikhael, my love. Please, calm your madness, for me." Havrani whispers urgently, terrified yet continuing an attempt to calm her mate. "You do not disgust me, I do not pity you." she tentatively licks his nose, a behaviour which she had often used in the past when there appeared to be any problem with the crimson Warriour.
Kolya shakes his head, unsure weather to be amused or sickened by the two. His claws trace a pattern through the ground, as he is agitated by this standstill. "Release her, Mikhael." he growls quietly, single eye glinting dangerously.

Aniol landed near the cave, his feet touching ground softly. Indeed, he could smell Gryvern in the air as well as a foreign, peculiar scent. To him, this was a sure sign they had found what it was they were looking for. His body posture was tense, but non threatening, and he called out softly. "Casimir..?" In a way, he was filled with excitement at speaking to the renowned Warriour without Mozer nearby, but he knew that time was of the essence, and so all conversation would be forced to a later date.
Havrani keeps back a yelp at the scratches, trying desperately to keep her mate calm. She closes her eyes, hoping to hide her fear in that manner, and continues to return the dangerous affection, licking softly at Mikhael's nose. She wishes, more than anything, that she could desire to be close to the crimson Warriour once more and no longer cringe at his touch, but she knows now that the chances of that are slim to none.
"A shadow of your former self, devoid of meaning and worth." Kolya murmurs, sickened. He could see the female's fear, and the fact that her "mate" continued his advances made him re-think exactly how insane he was. This Gryvern was deeply, deeply disturbed. "Something that can be looked at with only pity... And disgust."

Aniol hovers for a moment in mid-air, glancing at the Fire before looking over the landscape once more. "Do you see any areas which look likely?" he calls to her, gaze sweeping broadly. There was a cave to the north; That could prove interesting.. Beyond that, he had little idea.
"Perhaps I am no longer a Warriour." Kolya speaks with an odd note to his voice, almost a sneer. "..But at least most would still consider me Gryvern, unlike you. You are nothing more than a sick facade of what you were."
Havrani is almost comforted by the touch, but it revolts her at the same time. The Mage spoke true - it was her mate's body, his smell, his voice, but... It was not him. If she could, she would break down, as for so long she had wished that maybe, somehow, Mikhael's condition would improve. So in love with him she was... For now, all she felt she could do was return the affection, carefully, terrified to set him off again.
