So Sky, you think having high resolution works better...you just have to take the extra time to resize it? Thanks Loo....Lumi Just about forgot for a minute there. SOrry about your scanner...just got mine working today after a couple months of being...testy. There WILL be more....you doodle yours at work Cynther?

Indeed, making images transparent after you scan them large and shrink them equals a pain in everyone's buttocks. But if you're using .jpg, you don't have to worry about that... just cleaning up any icky dark spots around the creature.

Barely takes any time at all. I use PSP, and it just takes a couple clicks to get down to a managable size ^_^ I think the extra second is well worth it.

you doodle yours at work Cynther? Sometimes. Depends on what I'm doing at work. When I'm "checker" I'm standing at a stand, taking money and whatnot, more or less a cashier... then I often doodle at work. When I'm "student manager" I'm running around doing pretty much anything and everything and have no such time. >.> I agree fully with Skysong, btw. It takes just a few seconds with pretty much any program to resize images. ^_^ And I think its worth the results also.

*A bit of helpfullness* I took a photo shop class in college (Was part of my printing class stuff) and I learned this. When scanning leave the size of the paper alone and change the Resolution to (theres something you do like some sort of equation I cant remember so I use this) 170dpi then open it in something like photo shop or something (NOT MS PAINT) and shrink it there. If you want you can send to me if you dont have time or photo shop.
