Alrighty everyone! I think I can post this here and get some fresh eyes. ^.^
Let's see if I can explain this at all well... O.o
My friends and I have been Roleplaying (D&D) for a good two years now. My character is Sienna Arrowood, and at the start of the game I decided that she needed to keep a journal. So, over the last 2-3 years I have written a journal, detailing her feelings, adventures, etc in it.
I'm starting to type it all up. Or rather I have been typing it up since March. I have created a live journal that I'm trying to keep up with. (very far behind because of a trip this summer. I still haven't caught up!
ANYWAY... if anyone here could read it... and tell me what they think of it... I would greatly appreciate it!
A couple of warnings though... it's LONG. I'm on Journal (actually book) #4. I have 5... and I'm still writing. It's over 1000 written out in journal form.
The beginnings of it... are also REALLY OLD writings. Meaning they've been edited a couple of times... but are still very rough (grammar, etc wise...)
The entire thing is still VERY rough. Most of it hasn't been edited past the actual writing of it. There are probably major holes... and when I go through and redo it again... ALOT will be cut out (mostly extraneous characters/events etc).
Ok... if you understood that. ~LOL~ Here is some background on Sienna and the world.
This is a world that my boyfriend and a couple of our other friends are CREATING. This is all theirs and copyright as such. With any luck they'll get it all out and published for other RPers to play in. ^.^ I think they almost have the book ready to submit. They just need some drawings from me. ^.^
So mostly what I need is comments/crits/thoughts on how the world makes sense. I really need opinions of people who are not as familiar with the world as I do. If it only makes sense to me and the people who RP in this world... then it's no good.
Sienna... is a half-elven thief. Things are really heating up in the story right now... Man I love RPing with your boyrfriend as the man your character is falling in love with. ::snickers!:: Her father is human... and her mother was an elf. She was raised by her father, and at the beginning of the journal... she is starting to question her life....
