Id really prefer that horizontal banding be rareish ^^; so id prefer not to do that if you dont mind ^^; Also...I dont know if I can do 'tipped with rainbow' on the feathers...just because they are so small >.>;...if you wouldnt mind them just being rainbow i could probably do that.
