With a gasp the sphinx jerk awake shakeing all over. A low growl came from deep within her throut. Look at you, cowing over a mere dream! The sphinx thought bitterly. Streching out her body in a cat manner she got up on her hind legs pearing over the tall grass.
He is still here...the human. Hmm...I wonder if he is a hunter out for exoctic game to impress a mate or just to make a name for himself.
A mock evil grin appeared on her dark skinned face. If this human was indead a hunter...she'd deal with him easily. It would be rather fun to strip of him of his armor and have him barly clad riding on his horse full speed back to his village. Just like the last one.
Humilliation is the best kind of defeat ever! She mewed happily.

DarkWillow finally looked over at the plotting sphinx.
"You," she called in a suspicious voice, "what's your name?"
Maybe she needs me to speak animal, wondered DarkWillow. Well, whatever. If she answers, then obviously not.

Zidane sifted uneasyly. He had no arymer. Only his cloack wich was only to hide his tail. "Who are you talking to?" Zidane asked moving his horse around to see.

A slight gasped (or a hiss) escaped from the sphinx's lips. She been spoted and she didn't even see or smell this stranger. Clever one or foolish me. She thought and getting down on all fours the sphix gently walked threw the tall grass twords Darkwillow.
"I am Rame*" She answered as she emurged fromt the grass. "And who are you?" Rame mewed sitting very cat like giving Darkwillow a rather carefree glance.

"DarkWillow," said the giant she-cat nonchalantly.
"And I'm talking to this little kitty over here, twit," she called rudely to Zidane.
DarkWillow's usual, sarcastic glare was once again cemented onto her face, but it didn't mean that she wasn't happy with the sphinx. It was just what DarkWillow did. But, yeah, she didn't really like anyone.

Rame raised an eyebrow in amusement. "Little kitty?" She ehcoed a slight smile grew on her lips takeing no offence of Darkwillow's behavoir.
The sphinx tilted her head twords Zidane. "Friend of yours?" She purred. Rame was bit disapointed, she had a feeling that the human was not a hunter.
A pity,She thought. I had such "fun" with the last hunter...

Zidanes green eyes flashed a dark blue but where back to their normal self quikly.
"Well hello Rame, I am Zidane. And this is my friend Alidax." he said dismouting Alidax. Alidax nodded his head eyeing the spix he didn't really like to many cats near him.
Zidane notesed his nevesness, "If they try to get you I shall pertect you. I dought they will thought," he said glaring at them in a aflluy odd maner.

DarkWillow snorted at Zidane. She killed humans, not their slaves.
"He isn't a friend," she snapped at Rame, glaring (as she usually did). "What in heck gives you that idea?"

Zidane throws her a glance and begins to lague, "Why would I be a friend to such that glares and scowels so often. I enjoy happy people and animals they are my friends."

"The 'happy people' you speak of probably haven't seen all the wonders this world has to offer," she snarled, just trying to start an argument. For DarkWillow's usual standards, she was overflowing with joy.

The sphinx just sat there in silance. Her turqoise eyes darted from Darkwillow then to Zidane as they spoke.
Either he's does not know about the sphinxs or he's hidding it. She thought looking at him wondering about who he was. A ranger or some sort of scout? Oh well it didn't really matter to Rame as long as he kept his peace.

Zidanes look is odd but he kickly turns away and mouts his horse he head high his bac stiff. He turns and trots away.

"I knew it," DarkWillow murmured, laughing coldly. "He can't even answer me. The brave ones always do... so noble was the last one. Tried to kill me when I killed his mate... but he was killed too. That one was much - " she suddenly cut herself off, her face horrified, looking at the sphinx.
"Ummm... you didn't hear anything! Umm, no, umm..." she stuttered.

An arrow hits near her. Thought not from Zidane thought Zidane crys out and pulls whom ever it is to the ground a knife at the arrowmans neck.

The smile on the sphinx vanished over hearing Darkwillow's tale. "We all have shadow's from the past..." She said sadly rembering hers and to reasure the cat Rame added. "I have heared nothing..." She was suddenly let out a roar coiling back in defancive posture seeing the sudden arrow appear nearly hitting her fellow feline.
As quick as lightening Rame was off in the direction of which the arrow was shot. Who ever he is better have one good reason for me not to rip out his arms...She thought her anger rising.Not that I would listen to his pleas anyways.
