The fariy shook her head not complietly understand the answer but took his word for it.
"I see or at least trying to..." Moonsong said at last. "But I am ready to follow you and the others to this ahh place."

Teko nodded, " K..We'd best seat out now..The later in the night the better...Less of them will be out.." he stood and looked at the others who nodded and as he began to walk each of them fell intn place behind him.

A worried looked came over the Lesser. "Them?" She questioned under her breath flying behind Stromelle.

Teko said nothing as he walked his eyes fixed on a small stream that had started to appear.
As they walked a few golowing eyes peared at them..Hisses could be heard but Teko ignored them as did the others.

Moonsong let out a gasp seeing the odd glowing eyes and hissing of some creature or creatures. The Lesser placed a hand on her poutch where she kept her dartgun and slingshot but seeing the others not reacting the fairy held herself back.
But I must be ready...those things must be the 'they' that Teko was talking about.

As night fell the glowing eyes vanished but the hissing still continued every so often.
After a few minets of walking in the dark with only the small fire balls that Simme and Carsa had Teko passed, " Umm..I"m not sure what's out there...It's more then just them..." he growled slightly and slapped his forehead, "Not now.." he wispered slightly but gritting his teeth he continued on.

"What are those things?" Moonsong whispered as she increased her 'body light' hopping that she might catch a glimps of what the glowing eyes creatures.

Teko shook his head, " They don't have a name...Most people call them 'Fins'...I have no clue why but that's what they call them.."

The fairy gulped. "Well whoever they are I do not think they like us very much." She said eyes narrowing into the darkness.
Then very quickly she pulled out her slingshot and loaded it. "If that's the case they'll have to answer to this!"
A mock-evil grin appeared on the Lesser's face as she held up her weapon.

As they neared a fork in the path an small 'yip' could be heard and something stubbeled onto the path.
Teko jumped slightly shinning the light on it.

Hearing a cry the fairy twird her slingshot but waited for the thing to appear and attack.

A younge girl looked up at them her eyes wide and slightly glowing, " Leave this place now...Or you will befall the same as us.." she hissed and stood running away.

Moonsong half expceted some fell beast to run out from the trees and attack but much to her sudden surprise a young human girl appeared instead. So surpised was Moonsong that she nearly lost control of her slingshot and almost let the pepple fly. Luckly she manage to gain control and lowered her weapon.
"What do you mean!" Moonsong called out to her as the strange girl disapeared back into the trees.
