The fairy nodded in agreement moveing easily threew the branches. Moonsong looked behind her. "Do you think that slaver will follow us?"

Moonsong made a "pfft" sound. "I may be a mere Lesser fairy but this man will have Moonsong to deal with!"

But as she said this a tall cloked figer takeled Zidane as he did a flip, " Nice try boy."

Moonsong quickly went into action. She knew she didn't have enough time for her to use her dartgun or her slingshot so instead she flew straight into the attacker's face with her body light at full blast hopeing it would temporarly blind him enough to let go.

The Lesser backed away the man hovering a few feet over his head.
"Then let us see how you deal with this!" Moonsong cried out and dived at him like a hawk hitting him on the back of the head as hard as she could. Though Moonsong knew that it would be more like a slap to him since she was in her smaller size but she didn't care. If it could distract the hooded menace long enough for Zidane to escape Moonsong would contine to dive bomb him like a mother bird does when a predetor gets too close to her nest.

The man growled and stood up but as he let Zidane go he removed his hood. Zidane shoted with excitment and slung his arms around the man, " Cal! How's Dear Emer?"

"What!" Cried the fariy totally taken by surpise that Zidane's attacker was really a friend (or at least she hoped he was). Moonsong stoped her attacks and flew up to one of the nearby trees and sat on a branch feeling both embarussment and confusion.
Instintivly she reached into her pouch and took out her slingshot and fingered a small pebble...just in case. She did not like the way this Cal person "friendly" greeting.

A first the Lesser didn't do anything but stared at the newcomer but at last put away her slingshot.

Zidane nodded at her friendedly, " This is Moonsong Cal. She has aggreed to help me on my joreny out of this place."
Cal lauged but nodded, " And so shall I dear boy. Emer wishes to see you and that she shall along with the new queen."
Zidane's eyes drarted at him, " So she did return then and with our lovly Lady Emer?"
Cal nodded as he began to walk, Zidane following..

Moonsong got up and followed above the two. She kept real quite flying over Zidane and Cal listening to their conversation.
Emer who's she? And who's this New queen?Moonsong thought. Well whoever they are I'll find out later; once things settled down. For now I'll keep an eye out for less friendlier folk.

Zidane smurked as he saw it, " So, your more willing now, eh?"
Cal grinned at him nodded steping in to the portal.
