Thunder crackles across the plain. Towering black clouds, thick with the threat of heavy rain, slowly march across the sky until the sun has been blocked. A dark streak flashes through the clouds, lithe body illuminated by the lightning that lashes from the clouds from time to time. It is a dark-colored Tsume, her cloudy white wings flashing in the gloom and bright yellow spines glowing with electricity. She appears to be having fun. "Wow, lookit that! The weather sure got strange around here suddenly." a blue spotted tsume exclaims to himself as the sun disappears. "Storm! I love storms!" he flits about on his wings watching the lightning flash.
Then he sees the other tsume in a flash of lightning. /I wonder who that is? Could she be the one responsible for this lovely weather?/ he thinks to himself.
Wend watches her come closer, /She looks like alot of fun. I wonder if she'll notice me./

There is a sudden flash that makes all the others look pale, but there is something rather odd about it. It falls not from the clouds, but from the Tsume herself. The thunder that follows is terrifically loud and probably deafens the other for a moment.
As the flash fades away, the other seems to have vanished into the darkness of the clouds. The clouds which have caught the wind and are shooting towards the Air at high speeds.
And there, appearing once more in a flash of lightning, is the dark Tsume, grinning madly as she flies straight towards the male. >D

*Meep!* "That was really really loud. I can't even hear myself anymore!" he looks around trying to find her again.
"Where'd she go?" Wend says puzzled, really hoping she hadn't just left or something.
Then he sees her coming straight for him. "AAIIIIEEE!!!" Wend turns around and flies in the other direction afeared for his life. :o

She lets out a wild-sounding cry as she collides with him in mid-air, still giving her toothy-crazy grin. The two begin to spiral out of the sky and she flares her snow-white wings, slowing them so that instead of slamming into the ground they gently collide wih it. She continues to cling to the other, black eyes narrowed playfully.
"Hi," she says after a moment, tightening her grip on him. "Who're you?"

"AAAHHHHH!!!" he yells when she collides with him. Then he covers his eyes with his wings as the two of them spiral out of the sky.
Once they land safely on the ground, he peers through the feathers at the strange tsume who had a grip on him. o_o;; "Hi...I'm Wend. Who're you?" #nosmileys

"Khedai," she trills softly, untangling herself from his many wings and coiling like a snake before him. Her black eyes are completely unreadable, but she watches him curiously and reaches out to prod him with a talon.
"You're.. spotty," she observes, pulling her hand back. Her mane flares up with obvious delight. XD

"Uumm..err..ah nice to meet you, Khedai." he was quite flustered and spent a few moments straightening his wings out. Sure he'd wanted her to notice him but this was not what he'd exspected!
Wend starts posing when she mentions his spots, he was rather proud of his spots. "Thank-you. You're...very pointy, yes." he was peering at her spikes quite interestedly and then when her mane flared. "Ooh, do that again!" he fans out his feathers. XD

Her eyes flash suddenly as her mane flares once more, becoming something that resembles a dark halo floating above her neck. The yellow spines stick out in all directions and electricity crackles off them, dancing across her skins in arcs and weaving through her mane. Her upper lip rises slightly, revieling long white fangs and a low hiss escapes her.
Then the snarl becomes a grin and she gives a flutelike laugh. "I'm pretty scary, huh?" she asks, shaking her wispy mane back to a somewhat normal place.

O.O;; Very scary yes she is. *shiver* He'd been afraid for a minute that he'd actually made her mad, but her pretty flute laugh reassured him otherwise.
Wend noddles quite enthusiasticly, "Yes, yes very very scary! I can't be scary, I try but it never work." He was just too fluffy and cute. He sleeks his feathers back and fans out his wings and sits pretty. "Pretty?" he asks.

She tilts her snout up slightly, assuming an aloof posture as she studies the male. It would be possible to assume that she is looking him up and down, but her dark eyes make it impossible to know for sure. She purses her lips (as much as a dragon can), and says nothing for a long time.
"I think.." Khedai says after a moment, tilting her head slowly and looking into his eyes. "That pretty is a good word for it. I like to collect pretties."

He waits as she studies him, though he doesn't wait perfectly still of course. He tends to tuck his head down coyly after a bit and look at her with one eye. Wend was rather bird-like at times.
Awe shucks she thinks I'm pretty! Wend bounces from one foot to the other happily. "Collect pretties? How many have you got?" Wend peers at her spikes and wings again. Very pointed...he didn't have any pointy things in his collection, but he did have a spike on his nose!

"Many," she says then, grin widening. "Many pretties. Jewelry and dragon's scales and forks! Lots of forks, because I think that forks are one of the prettiest things."

Khedai hesitates, pondering this question and idly flipping her tail from side to side.
"No, I have not." she whispers, her voice dripping with un-hidden curiousity. "I do not have any spoons, otherwise I would have played with them for surely. Do you have a spoon for me to play with?"
