Mozer tensed at the feel of the other's tongue, and he seemed to seriously consider his next course of action. Dumping Geil would solve more of his current problems, however. . . The small action didn't deserve such a harsh reaction Mozer didn't think the action was fully mitigated. "I will overlook it this time, but I hope neither of us will have cause to do something we regret." Besides agree to this bargain.
"It is a rather strange agreement," Mozer answered, though he was beginning to have some doubts about being able to kill Geil. He sighed and pushed that thought from his mind. His life had been spent doing things he had to do, whether he liked them or not, and that wasn't going to change now. He had picked up the reins of leadership and now must carry the responsibilities.
"I hope this whole matter will soon be behind us." That didn't really sounds as reassuring as he meant it.

It was starting to feel colder as they drew closer to the mountains, a bit colder than one would have expected it to be... Although, luckily for mozer it apppeared that geil was extremely warm compared to the air around them and didn't even seem to notice the temperature change... "Hmm... Agreed." he said happily, seeming to relax alittle once more... Now he just had to hold out a little bit longer from messing with his head... Which was harder than one might think.
"Don't worry, I'm sure I-" He coughed alittle bit "-it will be." Well, he didn't appear to be afraid of losing, or atleast didn't show it... And was, instead of worrying about the upcoming duel trying to figure out what half tsume half gryverns would look like... He thought it might be kind of cute, He'd seen a spikey one before but thought that any offspring spawned from him would most likely look a bit different.

Mozer's hide twitched slightly as the air cooled around them. He wasn't used to colder temperatures, though they didn't affect him as much as they once had. Nevertheless, he wasn't too worried; once he got moving things would be fine.
Geil's confidence relieved and concerned him. He'd rather not kill the tsume. . . and he'd also rather not have his virtue compromised. But the desire to not kill was stronger. Thankfully? He wasn't sure wot that might say about him and, really, he didn't care. He wouldn't hold back in this battle. His pride demanded that. At least natalya should soon be safe. That was the truly important thing.

Geil remained silent for now, he was too busy thinking about genetics and such to say anything, until he suddenly blinked and said "Stop." His voice rung out clearly but seemed somehow distant, then he lifted his head up and looked back the way they had come from... He almost forgot that if they went any further that he wouldn't be able to contact Natalya, and then Mozer would have had to give up or risk her... heh... Actually his influence on Natalya had probably worn down enough before he even ran into mozer to pretty much rule out suicide from the news of his death or such... But he needed to tell her to meet Terein.
Natalya Wake up! you have to go outside... Retrace our steps, find the silver dragon and return home with it. It's words may not be trustworthy, but it knows Mozer and will not hurt you. Something has come up and I-..[/b] For a moment it seemed like he was right in the room, but then it began getting quieter until finally it faded from her mind... About the time he looked back towards mozer, realized that they were still in the air and once again plastered himself against the gryvern.
"Ok we can go now." He said in a meepish manner as he clung a bit tighter than before, it was so disoreintating doing that while riding something as sinous and ill equipped to carry him as a gryvern.... Atleast a tsumes torso generally didn't move about like this during flight.

Hovering was not Mozer's strong point, and the movement was dangerous to Geil's grip. Fortunately they were soon able to move again, though, so the Dark moved carefully onward. "Nay I inquire wot that was about?" he asked curiously.
Natalya woke suddenly, blinking brown eyes as she tried to figure out where she was. Geil had been here! She had heard him! She looked towards the entrance and realize he must have just left. Had something happened to him? The gryvern was on her feet and out the entrance in a flash, heart thundering as fear sent adrenaline dancing through her body. "Geil?" she called. "Geil, where are you?"
Hadn't he told her to find Terein? But.. why would he do that? Confusion and fear spiraled through her and she began to slowly follow their path. . at least, as best as she could with how distracted she had been earlier.

Geil grinned at Mozer, leaning his head out to the side somewhat to better answer him, of course the answer he gave was a complete lie, and mostly a joke. "I couldn't remember if I had left the gas on..." He said then laughed and pulled back against mozer, whom he was terrified of losing his grip on... Otherwise he would probably have been knocked off during that moment of hovering. "I had to make sure Natalya woke up within a decent time, I wouldn't want that widdle dragon to have to sit there all night..." He said with another small round of laughter, although he had to admit... Terein was very cute.
...Wait a second, would he have to move all his stuff out of the cave now? Natalya knew where it was although... She probably wouldn't use that information against him, if she let out the word to one of the others he wouldn't be too surprised to find a disgruntled gryvern or two popping up some night. He hated having to haul all that stuff off somewhere, if he even found a new cave to put it in.

Mozer didn't fully understnad the joke, but Geil's words brought a fresh frisson of fear. "Exactly how much can you control her? And when will it wear off?" He was already highly concerned for the female, and that Geil could control her from this distance was disconcerting at best. And filled Mozer with a sinking realization of dread. He just had to finish the upcoming battle as swiftly as he possibly could.
In just a few moments, Natalya realized she was well and truly lost. "Geil?" she called again. "Geil where did you go?" She couldn't even go back to the cave; she didn't know where it was. She sighed a little miserably, feathers twitching in agitation again, though it wa s anew agitation. She needed to see Geil, to touch him, be sure he was alright. Where had he gone?

How much could he control her? Heh... That was easy to answer "Oh, you know... I could probably make her do anything I wanted her to... I bet I could even make her kill you if I tried, It wouldn't be too hard." He sighed and paused "Good thing I'm not the violent ty-" He stopped talking and squinted at the back of mozers head... He thought he heard confusion and such from natalya for a moment, but just barely. "I have to do something..." He said with a long drawn out sigh... Great. just great. "Just umm, Keep going smoothly. Please." He sounded slightly pathetic when he said that then tried to set Natalya straight again... This time however, he just sent a weak reassurance, since he had not sounded distressed, and the feeling that she needed to go towards a tree... One that stuck out more than the rest, with dead branches above the tree level. He remembered seeing near where he ran into mozer. If he was with mozer of course he would be alright... Mozer would have no reason to hurt him, and he was probably meaning to meet up with her after she got home... He could find her there... But not if she was wandering around this place. She could stand to be without him if she had to, It wasn't the end of the world... He was still alive after all, and she had managed before... Somehow.[/i] Then he snapped back into his own mind and situation, aaand... Oh god he felt like he was going to be sick It was hard to send a signal so far, and incredibly disoreintation under the best of conditions but this was just ridiculous... Mozer could probably tell just how sick Geil was feeling from some sudden convulsions just before he evacuated the contents of his stomach off to the side... Managing to only have a few drops actually touch either of them.

Mozer was feeling a little sick by the end of Geil's explanation, and then the sudden request to go smoothly. . . The gryvern sighed again, but did as equested, even if Geil's answer made him want to drop the tsume then and there. He had received an honest answer and there was no point in punishing the tsume for doing just that. It was good that Geil was answering him honestly, and he just kept that in mind. Firmly in mind, especially when the tsume vomited. Mozer couldn't help the reaction of jerking slightly to the side; one of the advantages of their flight was the abiltiy to change to any direction immediately.
"Are you alright?" the gryvern demanded. "Wot happened?" It was just peculiar that the tsume would suddenly get so ill.

Geil Eeked at the sudden jerk and clung very tightly for a moment, shuddering slightly before wiping his mouth off on his arm and answering... Ew. "It's... Hard to give instruction at this distance and... Disoreintating to do while riding you." A small smirk appeared when he realized what he said but it quickly vanished as geil shook his head. trying to get rid of some of the dizziness.
"You gryvern sure have an addictive personality..." he mumbled as he rested his head against the gryverns neck, deciding to start conserving energy for what was ahead, even though he guessed that mozer would be pretty tired by that time too... Atleast he didn't appear to be hungry, and now Geil most definitely was.

"Addicitive personality? I think you should explain that," Mozer replied, voice still strong, though Geil's surmise was correct. This journey was beginning to wear on him as well. Geil was small enough to carry, but perhaps going the entire way was pushing himself, esepcially since he would need as much of his energy as he could save.

Natalya fought herself slightly but then began searching for that tree. She couldn't really remember how it looked, but she remembered the derscription. Tree. . . tree. . . tree. . . it took a little bit, but she finally spotted it. She moved towards the tree, calling again, "Geil?" . . . . Had he mentioned Mozer? She was rather hopeful. If Mozer was around she could try and vreify that they knew Terein.

"You know... When you like something, or have a habit it's harder to get rid of." He explained lazily, seeming to be almost half asleep while he talks... "I hope none of you ever find out about drugs." He added a moment later with a shudder, those things just weren't natural. He didn't think that people should have to take strange medicines in order to enjoy themselves, he could understand certain reasons why they might be neccesary but for the most part they just messed you up... Well, kind of like how most sins did. Heh that was amusing.
Geil couldn't really do anymore with Natalya without risking his own mental and physical safety at this point, mental because he could stretch out too far and hurt himself and physical because he might get too disoreintated and fall off. So he just assumed she'd find her own way back and stopped worrying about it... Well... actually he still kind of worried about it but tried to pretend to himself that he wasn't.
"I didn't realize how far away those were... Going to make it?" He asked with a slight amount of interest, many tsumes would have been rather tired by this point even, without getting all the way to the top... Maybe they'd spend the night and do the duel in the morning...

"I have heard of drugs," Mozer corrected quietly, but his mind was more on the tsume's words. Blue eyes flicked to the mountains; it shouldn't be too much longer before they reached them, though the flight was beginning to seem a little interminable. "I can make it, never fear."
His thoughts almost immediately went back to their previous topic, thought. "How have you come to the conclusion that we have addictive personalities?"
--
Terein turned as he heard a female voice calling for Geil and his dark eyes searched the woods as the Earth came into view. "Hello, Natalya. I trust Geil told you that I'm safe?"
Natalya froze, stiff and wary, but. . . yes, she could remember him telling her. "Have you seen him?"
Terein hesitated before answering, "He left with Mozer." He didn't think she needed to know exactly where the two were going or why they were going.
"Is he alright? Did you do anything to him?" A hint of anger flashed in her eyes and Terein blinked in surprise.
"He was fine when he left," the dragon replied. "They hoped we would return to Crest without incident."
Natalya nodded, but she still felt a little disoriented. Terein watched her for a moment, then opened the portal, and bowed her through. The Earth went uneasily and the grey dragon hesitated, looking in the direction Mozer and Geil had gone in. "Good luck," he said softly, then stepped through himself.

Geil pondered the question about how he came to that conclusion... It was... Probably not something he wanted to hear. But Geil was more or less honest when it came to answering questions and would choose to either answer honestly or not answer at all in favour of lying... If possible. And not answering would probably make mozer just as angry as telling the truth. "It was somewhat difficult winning over Natalya..." He paused and looked off to the side, he knew it wasn't really good to talk about doing something bad to a persons friend... "But after I got through to her the first time I didn't have to do anything... Which either meant she truely did like me to begin with and I just helped her accept the feelings... Or she was less prone to reject the abnormalities." He said with a small Hmm. "I was almost worried that she wouldn't let me push her back afew minutes ago..." He said reffering to when he got sick. Not that he was sure how long ago that was, he wasn't paying attention.
"It seemed a bit strong for just someone being Naive..." Hey, mozer would atleast appreciate his honesty and willingness to shed some light on the workings of sins, right? Which meant he was less likely to do a barrel roll or something... Right? Right? No one answered his un asked question, but he sure hoped that he was right.

Ironically or not, this response didn't anger Mozer as much as the earlier one had. "Have you. . . seduced a gryvern before?" the brindle asked quietly. Perhaps it was just something in Natalya, but it it was something in the gryverns as a whole, then something would have to be done. This was a dangerous weakness, indeed.
