Taking the necklace into her teeth, Briin'ken eyed it. She wondered what it was capable of doing.
"A gust of wind, please," she whispered through her teeth.
All of a sudden, a strong blast of air blew past the group, ruffling everyone's fur/hair (whoever has any). The wolf raised her wings to catch the wind and was lifted a couple feet off the ground, then set down again. As quickly as it had started, it was over. Briin'ken peeked sheepishly around, settling her wings on her back again.

Anocher smiled. "With this Anocher may not fear next time he encounters his master." He said. "Good magic the warlock can not touch."

Garnet, being in the middle of scratching her head, lost her balance as the wind passed by and fell onto her side with an "oof". She got up, shook herself off, and blinked, staring directly at Briin. "Did you... did you just do that? With... with the feather?" she asked, her eyes wide. These magical feathers were beginning to confuse her. "How?" She wondered how she could use hers, when there wasn't a single cloud in the sky.

When Briin'ken saw Garnet fall over, she laughed. In fact, she laughed so hard that she herself fell over on the ground, which made her laugh even harder. Soon though, the wolf got control of herself. She stood up, trying to look dignified. "In answer to your question, Garnet," she responded, stifling a grin, "well, I think you just tell it to do something. I was just like, 'some wind please,' and it worked. Wala!" ((or however you spell wahlah, wala, Walah, whatever ))

Garnet stuck her tongue out at Briin. "I got you before so that was just payback," she said, mainly to herself, "But you had better be watching, because next time something happens, it's gonna be me tackling you!...or something along those lines. Consider it war." She smirked, but couldn't hold a straight-up smile for long, so she grinned and began laughing as well.
Adrian was also quite giddy. For once. He walked forward again, though, and turned right, leading the group on once more.

"Oh really," Briin'ken said, sticking her tongue out at Garnet as well, "I'd like to see you try.."
She grinned teasingly and trotted briskly after Adrian, looking back to make sure that the others were coming.

Garnet squinted at Briin threateningnly. "Expect me when you least expect me!" she cried, bounding after Adrian and Briin. She rounded the corner with them, and the path went straight for a while before forking again. One path went to the left, and the other went to the right.
"Now what?" Adrian asked, rolling his eyes and folding his arms.

Briin'ken chuckled to herself a bit. She heard Adrian ask which way to go.
"Should we split up?" she wondered out loud.
She then saw Stormelle talking to a dog-like creature. Briin'ken narrowed her eyes, a little suspicious. Noticing that Stormelle didn't appear to be in distress, she just watched, waiting for the group to decide what to do.

Garnet, seeing Briin narrow her eyes and turn around, did the same. She also saw the dog-like creature, but didn't say anything either. It was Stormelle's business she'd be butting into, not her own. She turned back around and sat down. "Hm. Splitting up might be a good idea, but what if one group gets out before the other? What of one gets trapped or hurt or even worse..." She shuddered at the thought. "How would we know?"

Briin'ken 'd at the stranger who transformed. Then she turned to Garnet and Adrian. "Aw, c'mon Garnet! We can all take care of ourselves, we're big and stron- um.." she glanced at Garnet's size, and continued, unnerved, "Well, you can stick with me, I'll protect you. But otherwise, everyone should be fine. Maybe Charon's book will provide us a glimpse of each other or something?" ((^_^ couldn't resist- did I use 'unnerved' right?)) "But, if it really bothers you, we can stick together," she replied. "No worries, any direction is fine with me!"
