He coughs and nods "The last time I swam...Hmm... Nevermind, I won't get into it." he says with a sick grin then shields his eyes from her shaking "I was wondering... why are you the only one that is not truly afraid of me?" he asks nicely

"Ah. The last time I was swimming, I wasn't yet full grown."
At his question, she turns her gaze to the water, before glancing up at him quickly and looking back down. "At times, I am terrified of you," she says softly. "As for the rest of the time..." she drifts off, bringing her eyes back to his for the moment. "I don't know." Slight confusion edges her voice, and she looks back down at the water.

He smiles and nods to her "I can see when you are scared, And I would be very surprised if you were not scared of me, Atleast alittle." he moves up close to her again and touches the side of his face to hers "All you have to remember is... I will never hurt you again." he says calmly letting himself float beside her.

If a dragon could blush, Querryth probably would be doing so. And for perhaps the first time, she doesn't need to tell herself not to flinch; while her pulse beats slightly irregularly, she's pretty much relaxed for once.
"May I ask... why out of the dragons you've come across, it is me that you've chosen to take interest in?" Her voice has a genuinely curious intonation.

"You came back." Is his only response to it.
He reaches up and puts one arm around her neck "Your blushing." he says in a annoyingly playful tone once more and dunked her before darting for shore cackling madly.

"Ah," she replies softly.
"Eep!" She vanishes back under the water, and uses her momentum to dive to the bottom, making her way towards the edge of the river. Pushing off from the riverbed with all four feet, she breaks the surface again and quickly swims the last bit of distance to the shore, hauling herself out of the water.
"Hrmpf," is her only response as she stands, every inch of her dripping.

He grins at her and shakes his head "I suppose that the lack of hair or feathers gives me an advantage at drying." he says as with just a single shake he is rid of most of the water that was still clinging to him before giving her a lopsided smile as he adds "Although you are very Beautiful with them."

She smiles back, then gets a mischevious glint in her eye. Stepping closer to Monerith, she quite suddenly shakes her head and her wings, flinging a considerable amount of water onto the red dragon before she leaps back.
"But without hair or feathers, you can't do that." She grins.

He gives her a slightly amused look and tilts his head letting some of the newly acquired water slide off in a rather silly looking manner, Squinting at her as if trying to figure out how to counter this particular move.
"That is true..." he says as he begins to grin, As his grin widens the amount of teeth visible becomes increasingly frightening untill it seems you could probably see most of them.
"Do you ever get insects stuck in your hair?" he asks in an insidiously evil tone.

Querryth's eyes narrow in suspicion. "Not... really... why?"
She backs up slightly, wondering why he's grinning in such a manner, and hoping he's not about to do anything too evil. Her tail flicks from side to side, still dripping a bit of water as she fidgets.

He looks around casually for afew seconds before looking back at her and shrugs as he points just above her "You have stumbled into a spider web." he says with his grin receeding into a smirk.

She blinks ant looks up, staring at the web and the spider within.
"Ah," she replies, looking back at him as the spider climbs onto one of her horns. "Fascinating creatures, aren't they?" She grins at him. "I'm rather fond of spiders."

He nods "I always found it interesting how potent their venom could be, yet they never have enough to effect something this much bigger than them." he says as he walks forward glancing around as he does so "unless there are alot of them, Of course." he says as he reaches out and takes the spider off of her horn, looking at it for a moment before flicking it off back into a tree.

"Aye," Querryth replies, smiling as he removes the spider. Her smile turns into a bit of a smirk. "It is particularly amusing when one of the wandering travelers in my realm happens to walk into a spiderweb... for some reason, it seems that most humans are quite terrified of them, no matter that they're so much smaller. Before seeing that, I'd never seen a human move quite like that..." She snickers.

"Heh..." he blinks then shakes his head seeming to have restrained himself from mentioning something "Of course there are the larger spiders, But I doubt there would be any of those here... I could understand humans being afraid of those." he says with his smirk remaining before coughing into his hand, immediatly shaking his hand to put out the fire he accidentally spit out with his cough.
