What is the most awesome thing you have done this summer? I stayed at a beach house on an island in North Carolina -- a whole week spent walking the beach, catching up with my older brother, collecting shells, playing Frisbee with random dogs, wearing a dress (!*), and running on the beach in said dress just to prove that I could. :OP

*This is noteworthy because it rarely happens! Although with the wedding in March, my yearly total is already higher than usual... At any rate, I did in fact don a dress of my own accord and my usual style, and apparently made an impression? Amusingly, I wear shorts even less often than dresses (most years, not even once), and wore them almost all that week, but this was of course never remarked upon. lol*keeps an eye out for Juniper's return*

Hm.. female! I like the idea of a hulking great lady mer'bana. Why should the guys get all the size? x3
I almost exclusively wear pants, and on the occasions that I do wear a dress/skirt they're all floor-length and flowing. The bridesmaid thing was an exception, as "a knee-length dress based on your princess" was the only real mandate from the bride, but I was Mulan and therefore had some very sharp white thigh socks that were practically leggings anyway. =P

What is the most awesome thing you have done this summer(or winter, if you're in the southern hemisphere)? I went to a mermaid swim meet up! It was rad! I swam around in my tail and flipped underwater. First time since I had my baby. And I bought a new bra to start making into a mermaid top.

What is the most awesome thing you have done this summer(or winter, if you're in the southern hemisphere)? *thinks hard* Ahhh...work has had a major deadline (next Wed in fact) so we've been working our butts off so haven't done much of anything except go to movies/museums with friends...hmm, I won a free autographed copy of a book from an author I really enjoy? May not quite qualify as awesome but certainly made my day when it arrived, LOL. *checks other people's posts* Ok, think that beats eating ice cream! Glad I'm not the only boring one about ROFL. Kinda pales against a mermaid swim though, hard to follow up on that one, hehe. XD
