Oh man, I have so many ponies ^.^ Including twinkle eyed ones and one of the smelly ones with crimped hair. I had ones where if you rubbed their sign it would change colour, glow in the dark ones and so-soft ones. Ah, memories.
Heh, kind of a coincidence that I just saw this thread, yesterday I just saw some of the new ones in a store for the first time. ^.^ I was kind of tempted to get one, just for old time's sake but in the end didn't give in to temptation. That and the fact that they now come in these kind of plastic bag/container thing. No more cardboard backing with pictures and cute stories :( And my parents would have killed me if I'd come home with one more ::grins::
Ah, they were the best toys, I could never part with the ones I have. That and my collection of little plastic dinosaurs.

That and my collection of little plastic dinosaurs. ::Snickers:: I called my parents up a weekend or so ago... (they were driving back from a trip to Flagstaff...) I asked them to get me a Happy Meal because of the ponies and that I wanted to CM them. My mom was flabbergasted. But! She came home and had four of the little ponies for me! ;D Now I'm working away at CMing them... I think I'll buy the May Birthday Jewel pony... just to have... cause I have the original May Month Flower pony... so they can go together. ^.^ At anyrate... here is my first CM pony (minus hair... still waiting on that to show up...) Her design is based on my website design. ^.^ dragonneo.com/~ldybrooklyn/MLP/When she's done... I'll probably put her up for sale. Next ont he chopping block is one of the smaller Mcdonald's ponies... in a Hawaiian theme. ^.^ LMK what you guys think!! |

I may have missed this on one of the pages, but how do you "de-flock" a pony? You know... I KNOW i saw that somewhere... but I can't find it now! O.o i'll keep looking... cause I have one unicorn I'd like to deflock... |

I have so many ideas right now...
A Mask series... I'd sculpt a removable mask out of sculpy and paint a symbol accordingly... Um... Horoscope symbols... Hawaiian symbols... soooo many ideas. ^.^
I'll post pics of this little girl as soon asI get my hair. ^.^

I found one of the olde flutter ones (missing wings of course) and I need to figure out how to make new wings. Thought about doing them in feathers

I saw that one... wish the person selling her had taken better pics... you can hardly see the wings.  Feather wings wouldbe cool... or... Michaels has these awesome butterflies right now... huge brightly colored wings made out of feathers. I'd take pics to show ya... but my batteries died. I think they'd look awesome on a flutterpony... Or wait... maybe I have a link somwhere... Here we go! I just got a package from UPS. Inside was a model horse I have been waiting for for ever. When I looked at her... she was different from the picture I had seen... so I asked some fellow collectors if she was a variation... Turns out... she is 1 of 10 made! The factory was supposed to make 30, but didn't! So now EVERYONE who collects these guys wants her... cause they didn't buy her when they had the chance! ROFL YAY!!! She's worth $300 easily... ^.^ ::does a happy dance:: absolutely worth the wait! I was getting peeved at Stone for taking so long to send her! I ordered her in December! But the collector who just told me about her... has been waiting for 8 months!  Man... I really do need to get to work. O.o I've said that several times now... |

That is so pretty. I think I will work on the feather wings though. Hubby is trying to make a holder so they will fit in the flutterpony and still work.

You can't just use the old one? There has to be a way to get that bit of plastic out of there... do you have a dremel or something like that? carve the plastic out! ^.^

It has all the mechanics, but we need to find a way to secure them in so they won't fall out
