House is connected to color & doesn't matter. Only adults can flame, and what other Nixphe you own will only affect Flaming if those Nixphe are together in a Flight.

Man, I just cant figure out how to make my nixphe flame !! I've been playing for about one year now and I've never had a nixphe to flame. Can anybody tell the secret already!!!!

The Nixphe name shouldn't matter, after all, then we'd have to guess proper names for our Nixphes and that would be near impossible. And it has already been mentioned that colour doesn't matter either. That leaves symbols and possibly (?) the order in which the symbols are present. The dependency on order was never made clear *g*
