Question for all you cyberadopty people

One of my roomates, an artist who is fifty bazillion times better than me, is considering getting into cyberadoption. He's asked me to bookmark some sites where he can get an idea of what cyberadoption is about, the kind of creatures people are interested in, and such.

And, well, I'm not really sure which sites I should send him to ^_^; Any suggestions? I'm thinking along the lines of adopted creature pages and agency pages..
