Just to let everyone know, I've made a few changes to the Painted unicorn rules, and to the Paint info page.
Happier stuff first: On the Paint info page I've added illustrations of the different classes down below the text descriptions: silvanon.com/paintinfo.html
Less happy stuff: I've decided it's time to change a few more of the adoption rules for Paints. These changes will actually go for all my adoptions from now on. The following rules are new and/or changed:
-------------
Trading Rules
1. No person will be granted more than two trades at any one time. Once two trades are listed on the to-do list for a person, that person will not be granted more trades until the current ones are finished and removed from the to-do list.
2. No pestering me about trading if I say I'm too busy.
Gifting Rules
1. You may choose to gift commissions, trades, or free paints to another person. However, by doing so you recognize that you relinquish all rights to that Paint, and that it will be treated as if the giftee were the person who orinally commissioned, traded for, or otherwise received the Paint. Abandoned Paints will not return to the gifter, but will be treated like any other abandoned Paint.
Penalties
1. Any person found breaking the above rules may have their Painted Unicorns and/or other creatures adopted from Silvanon taken back. They may also be banned from adopting, or have their Paints declared unbreedable. Other punishments may be imposed, as I feel is fair and reasonable. Paints taken back come live on Silvanon's site. They will not be readoptable by other people or by the original adopter. They may remain in their charity of residence at the time of abandonment, and will become open permission for breeding. People who no longer want their paints may not give them to other people, instead they will return to me.
-----------
The new trade rule does not apply to trade agreements already accepted. Previously abandoned paints who were readopted will stay with their readopters, and Paints who have already been gifted to someone when they didn't want to keep them anymore will stay gifted. These rules apply from here on out.
