So what's everyone doing this year for Halloween? I'll probably be doing what I do every year, just stay at home watching Halloween movies. Every year I promise myself to do something more exciting but it never works out.
And every year I promise to open my Haunted Castle again (a click-and-take search agency) but I never start working on it early enough to actually get anything done for it in time.
On the other hand, I always try to read some vampire/werewolf/ghost books for the month of October. I read Wolf Moon by Charles de Lint and I highly recommend that. I also finally got around to reading the first volume of Vampire Game that I bought months ago after suggestions made at this board. I am so totally hooked on that manga now, I love the blend of the serious and the humour in it. I also read two more books in Charlaine Harris' Dead in Dixie series. For those of you tired of Anita Blake, this has a similar concept, but with less sex, heh. *drools over the Viking vampire Eric*

Hopfully I will be leaving the house and hanging out in the mall in mostly full costume (need to order more furry parts and some wings) But yea bout all I'll be doing. Then dropping my best friend off at dairy queen and get my free icecream for being dressed up ^-^ Then come home and steal some candy from the candy basket and do nothing

I don't really know what I'm going to be doing on halloween. >.> maybe hanging out with some people or wandering around the super-overcrowded santa cruz with people... Atleast I'll have a gas mask to deal with all the smokers. XD

AR: i know, they're so DELICIOUS. i'm kind-of obsessed with anything gelatin, though--lime jello is one of my many weaknesses. =o
Ryath: i've always liked fruity candies more than chocolate-y ones for some reason. me and my sister used to make "starburst sandwiches," which basically consisted of all the different flavors just squished down on top of each other. then we ate them 'til we got sick. XD

Kryos is probably doing nothing...as usual...XD Which is rather sad considering it is the eve of her 18th birthday...I didn't really even celebrate my birthday last year either...I've had 2 invites to go out with friends, but so far all I've really committed to is the time that I've alloted to each of my parents to see me XD...I'm just really not in the mood...all I want is to find my escaped snake before my landlord either kills it, or finds out and evicts me...

Me and my mom and my best friend are going to take my little girl and all my little siblings trick-or-treating. Then I have to get into work to close up after rehearsal. >_<
Seems no one I know is having a worthwhile Halloween party this year... too bad, so sad!

aw, kids. <3 what's your daughter dressing up as? i saw lots of zombies today. ehe. zombies. =B one thing i've learned from this experience is to never invite small children to grab a handful of halloween candy on their own. =o
bummer about the party deal. i've got way too much schoolwork to go to one anyways, so... ah, well. c'est la vie!

I'm going trick-or-treating...Yes I'm fourteen and no I don't care what anyone thinks. I'm a little kid at heart! Anyway, yeah I'm gonna go to school...Not dressed up cuz we have a stupid principal and gr...gr.gggrrrr....And after school I'm going to mess with my hair, put it in a bun with little ringlets on either side or all ringlets. Then I'll put the finishing touches on my costume and go have fun with my friends! ^^

My little girl insisted on dressing up in the Cinderella bride costume that her 4-yr-old aunt wore last year. >_< Eventually she abandoned the veil and just went around as a bald Cinderella.... lol.
Tons of people on the streets tonight. One adult was dressed up as Michael Myers and kept looming up to random people coming by and lifting his big knife menacingly. Freaked out all the kids completely. Some dumb teenager on a bike was all like, "Yeah, Jason, that's my man!!" And I want to be like, Dude, shut up. You don't know what you're talking about. Jason is a completely different teenager-killer in a mask.
