Um...I know that in Tokyo people rarely steal anything. Like, you can leave your purse behind and no one will touch it. (But don't expirement with that.) I also know that it's rude to sneeze, you have to hold it in. I know some more weird things like that, but they most likely won't be very useful.

Heh, you can IM me if you'd like to talk about Japan. 9_9; I know a lot about the teen-age scene there, if you'd be interested, and some customs.
I have a couple friends in Japan, one native, and two Americans, so I have a pretty good foundation of knowledge from what they tell me. X3;
(Hope you're having fun, Thal. XD)
Japan's a very interesting country. Be careful of culture shock when you get there; even the most prepared people sometimes feel intimidated by the new language and the signs...although they do speak (broken) English often. ^_^;

I can`t say much since I can only get on the net for afew minutes at a time but alot of stuff in schools is alot different here... For instance rather than the kids going from class room to class room the teachers just switch around instead... school starts at 8:30 and ends at 4:30 or so... Some of the places here only have three students in a school larger than most of the ones we have XD ( flees )

Heh. Sorry, that just reminded me of The Simpsons, where Grandpa goes around pointing at everything (Maggie, the cat, the grill) and going, "aaah! Deeaaath!!!!" ;D
