(Sorry about the lack of proper grammar in the title. I just wanted to include all of that.)
Hey all. I know it's been ages since I've visited. I keep on WANTING to come back, but then I either lose the free time or the motivation. However, I find it kind of saddening to not be participating in the cyberpet/adoption world, so I'll do the best I can to remain.
For those of you that don't know, I was formerly Darkwillow, but since late January I've changed my name to Redhawk. Those that watch my Livejournal may know why. I don't mind if you still list me on parents' lists and such under Darkwillow, as I understand I'm a pain in the neck when it comes to changing URLS and names and such, and especially for people like Myrror, who have thousands and thousands of creatures out there and probably don't want to hear another word about parents lists again!
Soon, my website, www.mythicalisland.com, will soon be moved to www.redhawkart.com. I'm sure all of the subdirectories and such will remain the same, with only the actual domain name changing. Just a heads up, so all of my pages don't suddenly disappear on you all.
Also, regarding the stormwulves: I know it's been ages since I've done anything with them, and I might bring them back, depending on how much time I have to devote myself to them and how motivated I am to continue adopting them out. If I do bring them back, they'll probably undergo a huge change, since I'm rather unsatisfied with them right now. However, I -will- be going with a pre-drawn template sort of agency, because I find that with all of the custom art I had to devote to the SWs, I had no time or artistic motivation for my own personal artwork, but, with feeling that I was obligated to do each stormwulf, I put off both them AND personal artwork, which caused me to become artistically stagnant. It will really help me just to color pre-drawn templates, and, though I know those types of agencies are not as popular, I promise that I will try my best to make each one as unique as possible.
I'm also brainstorming a new creature for adoption, but I'll reveal details on that later.
Also, if your records show that I have not yet paged a critter, please contact me via email at darkwillow [at] charter.net - it's the most reliable way to reach me. I'll be working on the "tour"/stories as soon as I switch domains.
If I become active in the cyberpet community again, I will most likely not be as active on the Orchard and such, especially since I'll be a freshman in high school this year. If any of you would like to chat or RP, you can contact me via my AIM, MSN, or Yahoo, or even friend me on LJ - I'll add ya back.
Fondly,
Redhawk
