Criticize Me!

Yes, I, the un-artistic one, can now officially say that art has been created by myself in my lifetime. I was forced by my art teacher to create these two pieces (though one of them has three different photos). They're done in acrylic paint and a bit of egg tempra (if that's how you spell it). Painted after they were sketched, of course. Enjoy! Comments and critiques welcome, too. ^^'

Wow, the first one is pretty detailed, I bet that took awhile to do. It's a fun pattern, though. Hee, eggy pattern done in egg tempra. *wry grin*

I like the leaf border on the second one, it's cool. Nice scales on the snake, too.

Silv: Heh... actually, the first one took me the least amount of time, being as I procrastinated it until the night before it was due... ended up staying up till midnight, which is rather late for me. -.-' But it turned out nicely! What a surprise. XD

Thanks for the compliments, though!! The snake scales took FOREVER to do... lots of outlining and such, and I did it all in paint 'cept for the S outline... ^^'
