I've decided to start doing more with Piccolo Pets from now on... as you might have noticed with the latest Picopy Breeding Season. But with my rekindling of the Piccolo Flame comes a few changes to the Piccolo Rules and whatnot. Please review them now:

Most of the rule updates are for the Pint Qualifications. Your Pints and other such things must be updated to fit the new rules by next breeding season if you want to participate... which gives you about a month or so.
