Announcement for Xerin's

Alright well I have decided to bring back the Xerin's.

The reason I had stopped making them, was for two reasons.
I was starting to not want to do them anymore, and the tails were killing me to color individually all the time.

Now I have a new way to work with the tails, so I can easily bring back the Xerin's now.

Now Xerin's are going to have a different stat from before. Instead of it being typed out, it is going to be included on the image itself. So when you page them all you need to worry about really is an optional story, and then the link to the xerins. So hopefully that will make for easier paging ^^
Examples will be down below for those who don't know what Xerin's look like.
But I am still tring to figure out an easy parent list I could do, and how i can keep track of them.

What would your suggestions be? What are easy ways to do a parent list for many of you?


Example of Male and Female Xerin (Also background won't be white, I am going to have to figure out how I am going to color that XD; ) :

You could do a guestbook or a forum for a parent list... that way, you don't even really have to worry about updating-- the owner just replies and there it is.

Of course, with PHP nowadays, if you know what you're doing... you can code pages that do that. <_< Don't even need a database, although that helps if you want to do auto-overwriting of previous entries.

So far I've only read about such things. Doing them is gonna take a loooot more futzing around. XD

they look really nice, but I think when the huge stat table is included, the image is too big and the stat table takes away from the cyberpet itself. Perhaps you could reduce the size of the stat table.

Like by how much would you think? Cause I want people to be able to read it to ^^;;

I am sure I could shorten up the box, though xerin's have notes, and some can be really long. So thats why its so long.

Would that be better? I already have rather interesting idea to fill in the empty spot, there may be a contest to help me out with what I plan.

Cool When are you going to start the adoptions.

Xerin's are almost ready to be adopted out once again.

I would like to finish the icons i drew get those colored, then I should be able to open up adoptions ^^

I think the new box is much better. Though the old font was fancier, it was pretty much illegible ^_^ And Xerins with extra long notes could have an extended box?

Definitely look forward to seeing these given out. I never even saw them the first time around, and those must be the most unique tails I've ever seen 0.o;

Yeah you are right about that. XD I can just extend the box if the information get to long. ^^

Heh yeah I had the tail based off of the alien from like AvP . Or the Xenomorphs XD
But I gave them out over at Shivuez only, this is the first time I will have brought them anywhere else.

are there just the two poses?

Well in total there are four two cub poses and two adults. One male one female.

I have mutations as well like two tails, and or two heads. Though those are the only outlines. There was an adolescent stage though that became really difficult for me to do so i cut that out.

I thought I mentioned it here, but it looks like I didn't. I paid Memoru gems from shivuez to draw the outlines for me. So it would be kindof difficult to get more outlines that look somewhat the same ya know.

The Xerin's kind of remind me of stuff AirRaiser used to do way back when, I think. Nifty.
