So we just click and paste her anywhere? How do we put her on our accounts? I can't figure that out. I can't do it with others either.

Dragoness Alicia - you can display her on your own website as you please. If by "your account" you mean your Painted Unicorns account, only Paints unique to you are able to be added there, so this being a non-unique click-n-take, she can't be added to that page.
