A younge girl with silvery hair pears thought her tear streeked hands at the dark haired boy that had called her friend. But after his friends words had been dragged away while his 'friends' tonted the girl for her frale struckture and her long silvery hair. She pulled at her hair thinking daspretly that she wised that her mother were here. Her real mother. For now she knew she was supposedly the future queen of Storm Crow. But at the moment she feelt merely like an friendless person. She pulled her long hair up then ran to her dorm. Atleast her no one besides her new pet minlo Ka could see her. She petted the birds head snuggling the tiny thing aganst her chest she wispered to it." We shall always be friends." the brid nugged her seeming to understand. There was a noke at the door and a small talon suvved a paper under the door. The girl nelt down and picked it up. She read it and that night she became a Watcher.

(( www.geocities.com/cybercrits/cybercrits/aiq003-audrey.gif Waiiii sorry I didn't see this before and join in!! Hope you don't mind. ) One figure walked silently outside the dormitory, the quiet clip-clop of his hooves against the grass making the only sound. He was alone, a solemn character, never much given to conversation or friendship soley because no one was willing to stay with him for that long of a time. It wasn't as if he yearned for friends - he was quite fine on his own - but company here and there would always be better for a ragged spirit. The Aiquen tossed his head as he walked. As pathetic as he would have sounded, he was actually quite strong on the inside. He was headstrong and stubborn when it came to the things he loved and believed in, and he was fiercly loyal and rather kind. He was full of contradictions, too, or at least his character was, since he often secluded himself from others just to gaze at the stars. That is what they called him - Anca'raego, Star Gazer - because his passion for the cosmos so influenced his life. Anca'raego pricked his ears as soft sobs reached his sense of sound. He looked up. It was coming from the building. Now, Anca'raego had always been a very curious Aiquen. "Curiousity killed the cat," they always said, or in his case, "the equine." So he nudged open the door with his nose and made his way towards the unknown problem. It was in barely any time that he reached outside the person's - or thing's (for he did not know) - door. He sniffed it. Manflesh? He was not sure. He would wait until another sign of movement or stench or noise would come to him.

The grils eyes filked up to the door she senced that someone or something was out there. "Who is it?" her vocie quite and small she steped to the door. She let Minlo Ka oput of the door so she could see. The birds big green eyes blinked at the horse-like animal,"Hello." it wispered in a low tweet of a vocie.

Anca'raego jumped, startled. His eyes widened and his ears flicked back and forth in uneasiness. He stared at the Minlo Ka unwaveringly. He had not expected this to happen. After a few moments' hesitation, the Aiquen spoke, choosing his words carefully.
"...Hail, fair bird-creature... I am Anca'raego, no foe but rather a concerned friend... Art thou alright? I heard soft cries coming from this room and..." His voice trailed off as he continued to stare on at the bird-creature in wonder and surprise.

Minlo Ka gabed a claw at the door and went in.

Anca'raego's ears flicked again as his conscience rang through clear in his mind. Go in, she might need your help... But his legs would not move. He felt as though he'd be intruding on the mysterious crier.
After a good five minutes of decision-making, he decided to just peep in. He stuck his muzzle through the doorway. "May I enter?" he asked timidly, making sure not to actually look in in case the crier needed her privacy.

Anca'raego gingerly stepped into the dormroom. He blinked as he laid eyes on Stormelle, trying to keep his features as blank as possible. "Art thou... alright? You were crying; I can tell. Is there trouble?" He cast glances around the room, looking for any sort of troublemaker. He found none and concluded that there must have been a previous event that had put her in distress.

Stormelle shiged and nodded, "You see there is a boy named Teko. I thought he was my friend but not. I am just confussed." she did not tell of her resent discovery of her self being the prinsess.

Anca'raego tilted his head. Friends. Not such an important aspect of his life (although he liked the ones he used to have very much), but obviously this girl needed them to function properly or something.
"Ah, well, maybe you'd be better off without him, then," the Aiquen said slowly, steadily, "If he treats you that poorly. There are others in the world for you to become friends with, that are more willing to be the kind of friend you need. Do not toil over a lost cause. Unless, of course, he is not so lost to you..." He paused, confusing himself. So he decided to get some things cleared up. "What do you think about the whole situation? Do you still want to be his friend?"

"Well it's not his falt...I think. He has an older brother and his friend. They seem to make sure he dose what ever they want him to do" she frowned, "Funny thing is.. is that well. I'm the prinsess of my planet. Stom Crow. And I think those boys are from that planet."

Anca'raego widened his eyes. Princess? This was quite unexpected. He made a low bow to her. "I'm sorry; I didn't know," he explained. After his bow, he got back up and looked at her again as he spoke. "Well then, there is only one thing you can do. You must tell this boy what you think of the situation. Let him know exactly how you feel; tell him that you think people are influencing him. And if he gets mad at you for that, well... He'll come around. Or at least, he should. Everyone can handle constructive critisism, even if they think they can't." The Aiquen smiled at his small joke, and his eyes twinkled with a sort of wisdom. "And anyway, those boys, if they are from your planet... why do you think that they would want to influence you so?"

Anca'raego nodded. "I will. Let's be off, then; time stops for no beast!" he exclaimed, using a cliche he loved. He tossed his head, motioning to the door, then walked over and poked it open again with his nose. "After you, Her Majesty Princess... Um, I'm sorry, but what was your name? I don't think I caught it..." The Aiquen blushed and bowed his head, ashamed at forgetting to ask her her name.

"I'm sorry how rude I don't think I introduced myself, I am Stormelle." she smilied and ran out of the door and down the hall tward the boy's dorms.
