[Paint RP for Raven] members.tripod.com/Unicorn_Dancer/index-Paint012.htmlA heavy sigh, a bow of the head, the soft step of delicate hooves through the autumn-dry grass. She folds her wings against her sides as she walks and pauses, listening to the wind, letting it comb through her mane and tail. Eyes close as the voice and energy of all around her vibrate through her ears. The suddenly sound of a bird brings her back, and she perks her ears, eyes wide for moment. Then...nothing. She is alone. It is night and dark, the moon is nearly hidden by the shadow of the sun as the lunar eclipse looms overhead. She looks up at it. Much like her like, once so bright and full of joy, and now shadowed and looking towards its doom as darkness creeps forward slowly. So slowly it almost hurts. She shakes her head. The beautiful Nitheli mare then starts to walk again until she finds a still fresh patch of grass and starts to graze. Someday...someday...

Darkness moves, the shadowed landscape overlain with the glow of cool green and blue; the luminescence of the arctic sky, that sweeps over flanks and shoulders.
That darkness and light embodies a spry nimble stallion that prances along, his flowing mane and tail sweeping along the ground, and cascading in a glimmering tangle of blue and green; an ethereal waterfall.
He pauses, momentarily arrested in his forward movement as he catches sight of the mare. "Oh?" he remarks. "Not interrupting anything, am I?"

She turns to look at him, not at all startled at his approached. Her wings fluff and she raises her head from grazing. Yes. "....no." She says and flicks her tail. List'tinear glances up and then snorts.
She takes a step, then shakes her mane.

The stallion stamps a hoof, tail swishing lightly from side to side. "Well," he comments, "I could leave if you'd like me to. Was just out for a stroll, and well, didn't think I'd run into anyone."

She wants to tell him to leave, but instead she shakes her head. "The meadow is large. There is enough room for two," she says in a cool, soft tone. She lets the wind blow her mane around and fluffs her wings once again.
"Your coat is quite unique," she comments, looking the stallion over.

"Well, you've got that point," he remarks, chuckling softly. "Lots of room. I won't get in your way."
A pause, and then he grins. "Oh, thanks. It's quite unique, like you said."

She snorts, ears flicking slightly. "Unique things are a rarity these days..." she says and takes a deep breath. She looks up at the sky. "Unlike the stars. Each one...so different."
