Odil gets up and playfully hops into the ice cold water. She smiles at Ayr and splashes the others. The stream glitters in the sunlight streaming down, and she catches a glimpse of a sparkle in the water. Odil leans down to look closer...

Leviish smiles happyly and jumps in after her his wings now shoaked would be usless for now so he ignored the want to fly again. Ethen grined and troted down the small stream to where it grew a bit wider and deeper. She steped in with only her front feet at first but slowly followed with her hid legs and swam across the small river then up stream a bit till she had to stand and wacthed as Leviish joined Odil. Hu..What was she looking at?

Ayr goes alittle distance away from the group in the water, then he charges the bank and leaps.
*SPLASH!!!* He gets everyone with the wave he makes. Ayr laughs and splashes about some more like a big colt. After a bit he goes over to look at whatever it was Odil was looking at.
"You see something, Odil?" he asks peering into the waters.

Dieava grins at Ayr's antics. "Exactly like a big colt."
As the other paints cluster together near Odil, she finally wades carefully into the swirling crystal water, shuddering as the cold water becomes deeper and licks at her belly. "What? What is it?"
When she reaches Odil's side, she gasps. She plunges her head underwater. and comes up again a few seconds later, sputtering. "It's stuck!"

Odil stares down, not hearing the others around her. She bends down and puts her head into the water after Dieva pulls hers out. Stuck between two rocks and partially buried in the sandy bottom was a stone. What kind of stone it was she did not known, but she was drawn toward it like a moth to a light.

Levish digs at it with his hoof and when it is loose pushes it out with his horn. Ethen looks at it curously.

Dieava wades back a step doubtfully. "Now how did something like that end up in the river? Someone must be missing it."

(( Gah I'm so sorry. XD;;;; ))
Ayr watches the others dig out the shiny stone from where it was stuck in the riverbed. He shuffled his wings thoughtfully. "There could be many imaginable reasons for why there would be a stone like that in the river. Someone lost it by accident while swimming, someone threw it in on purpose for someone else to find...a gift to a lover thrown away as a promise or in heartbreak. Those are just a few examples."
The great golden brown stallion looks down at the stone a mixture of feelings in his face, and in his eyes a shadow of old memories could be seen.

Dieava watches it in fascination, as if she expects it to do something other than glitter.
"It looks valuable," she says softly.
