"No, that sounds fine," she replied, nuzzling his head gently. The gryvern was beginning to feel weary anyway, and being able to hide out and rest somewhere for awhile sounded lovely.
She decided it must be a mixture of actual tiredness and emotional stress. . . plus there was that little something still niggling in the back of her mind that she couldn't quite seem to place. Or was certain she wanted to place. Terein's words flashed in her mind again. "Is there anything dangerous out here?" she asked, anxiety beginning to creep into her voice again. Warnings. . . they were warned away from those evil tsume. But Geil obviously wasn't one. He was too kind and gentle. He was. . . himself.
----
Terein returned to the stream, but was unsurprised to see it devoid of draconic life now. Mozer looked around himself, glancing towards the strange hybrid who had simply decided to move in one day. The dragon had proven to be a good listener and friendly in an off-standish way, but this still seemed almost far-fetched to the gryvern.
Natalya tended to be very aware of emminent danger; he assumed it was her Healer sense warning her she would be needed. Of course. . . she also was highly naive.
"I don't my nose is as sensitive as yours," Terein was saying, pulling Mozer's thoughts back to the presence. The gryvern gave a nod, lifting his head to do a precursory scent. His eyes widened slightly and he shook his head. Right, he hadn't wanted to smell -that-. With an easy, half-flying leap, the Dark Scholar jumped to the far side of the river to where Natalya and Greil had recently been lying.
"They've gone this way," he said quietly, wondering if there happened to be any Hunters nearby. It would be nice to have someone a bit more suited to this than himself. "Did it seem he had hurt her?"
Terein thought about it for a long moment, "Not physically, no. I was concerned, however, with her mental and emotional well-being. That was a Sin Tsume, and there are only a certain number of vices those cover. I think you can well guess which he was."
Mozer sighed and nodded, especially with that smell on the air. "Well, we'll do wot we can."

He started off again pretty quickly, nodding to her affirmation of his idea. And as they went deeper into the woods it seemed not only had the trees started to become tighter, but the cool and damp eniroment that the trees provided must have allowed some pretty potent smelling plants to bloom, aswell as the decay from all the fallen leaves... It might be hard to track them.
"Probably." He answered flatly, glancing around rather unwarily "I doubt any of it is near us though, I haven't been bothered in this area before..." He said reassuringly, and well.. He obviously wasn't worried about it so why should she be?
Ok, well once he was bothered here.... But there were no skeletons or zombies wandering around so he figured it was safe again. And the cave wasn't very far away now, they were making surprisingly good time with all the... Distractions.

Natalya couldn't really seem to relax, but she wasn't becoming more tense, at least. She pressed a little closer to him as the scents of the area rose to greet them. She sneezed slightly, but said nothing about finding another place for them to lay low.
"How did you find this place?" she asked quietly, unwilling to speak in a louder voice.

Geil put his arm over her as they walked, offering a small 'gezuntheit' when she sneezed, "I explored alot when I first came here." He said with a sigh... He had explored so much but thus far had met very few creatures... Ok, well maybe he had met afew. but uh, that was beside the point. Then they reached... A pile of boulders, covered in plants and small trees which seemed to try and grow up and around the rocks despite the fact it was probably not the best place for them, and they seemed to be doing fine surprisingly enough... He let go of her and walked up to one of the trees, pulling away a thick layer of moss and revealing a entrance to a cave. ... There were lights in it, electric ones... He waited for her to go in first.

Natalya blinked in obvious surprise, moving forward to step hesitantly inside and let her eyes skim the place. *insert thal's description here*
She moved out of the way so there was room for him as well, letting her eyes continue to rove the cave. "This is nothing like the one I used to live in," she said with a smile in her voice. "How did you get it set up thus so?"

The cave was... Not at all like anything you'd expect, he seemed to be rather good at decorating the place and not just with stuff you'd be able to get here... Human made stuff as well. There was a circular bed of pellows and even what appeared to be a small table with brushes and scissors of various kinds... It also didn't appear to be very damp in her unlike most other caves, and of course.. There was a light in the center of the room, it didn't seem to have a power source though, just lit on it's own.
"I'm not sure what it is, but Humans really like me... So I got alot of things for my various caves as presents and such... Neat eh?" He asked sounding somewhat proud of his arrangement as he went over made sure that no one had been here recently... Other than him.

Natalya nodded quickly in agreement, still trying to take it all in. There was so much to see here, and she wasn't entirely certain wot most of the objects were. She had never had a real interest in human items before, but in this inconfruous setting she found her curiousity growing.
"This is all very fun to look at," she said, moving carefully forward to extend her nose at the table curiously. "So. . . you don't know wot any of them do?"

He chuckled and shook his head, "I meant that I wasn't sure what humans liked about me so much..." He walked over to the table next to her and picked up one of the brushes, showing it to her before doing a small sweep across her forehead with it... It was a pretty soft brush, otherwise he wouldn't have done it, what with her having such short hair. Then he demonstrated what it was for on his own, actual hair.
"They use this to style their hair, I find it pretty useful too... These" He pointed to the scissors "are for trimming hair, or cutting thin things." He said with a smile, looking over at her then chuckling a bit "Not that useful for gryvern, even if you had opposable thumbs..." His hands, while clawed and umm... Fuzzy, were rather like human hands and appeared capable of doing very dexterous things.

Natalya tilted her head with interest, leaning back so she could lift one of her forepaws to rest carefully and gently against his hand. She gave a low, delighted laugh at the differences. "They look uncomfortable," she noted quietly, knowing that in actuality it would seem perfectly natural to him.

He laughed alittle bit too, then shook his head at her "I always found them useful," He gently ran his hand along her face, leaning in close to whisper in her ear. "Do you think they're uncomfortable?" he asked in his silky and smooth voice, giving her a small lick on the side of her face before backing back off a little bit.
He was still concerned that maybe Terein did know the other gryvern pretty well and would come with reinforcements to try and bring Natalya back... And wondered whether it would be better for him to go out alone, retracing his steps to meet any would be trackers and deal with it away from her? or to hold out and hope they give up.... Such a quandry.

Natalya gave a small laugh, "Not when you do that, no." She watched his graceful movements curiously. It was hard to take her eyes away from him. That seemed odd yet somehow just right. Who -wouldn't- want to watch Geil move? Her feathers twitched again and she gave a small frown. Why was she so preoccupied with him? She had never shown this level of obsession with anything else.
Dark eyes watched him and realized he seeme da little preoccupied himself; though not with her. Not that he wasn't solicituous in his atttentions to her. Wot was wrong with her?
-----
As a Scholar, Mozer understood a great deal about the theories of a Hunter's abilities; he simply wasn't trained in them. Terein watched him with that same detached curiousity he seemed to do everything. Their movements were slow and careful, Mozer didn't want to make a mistake. This wasn't the sort of prey he usually hunted, either. They weren't making the best time, but so far they seemed to be on the right track. Slowly, but still correct.

Geil shook his head with a small chuckle, then glanced over at the bed... It had been a trying day hadn't it? It was perfectly understandable that she'd feel tired right now... It seemed that she just hadn't realized how weary she was until now.[/b] "I need to go get us some food... Why don't you rest here?" he asked with a small sigh, giving her a quick nuzzle before walking over towards the entrance...
Hmm, well he intended to lie completely but as he walked away he actually began to feel hungry, getting food might not be a bad idea... Unfortunately he wasn't such a good hunter, and he had something else to do out there. ah, how he hated complications.

A yawn suddenly slipped out and she blinked in surprise before nodding in agreement to his suggestion. She didn't fele hungry now, but she might later. For now, it surprised her to realize she was sleepy. "Alright. Take care." Real concern struck her tone; she wasn't entirely certain Terein had simply left. If that was even his name. -------
The pair continued onwards, and Mozer's nose flared abruptly as caught the first scent of wot was ahead. It was pungent and heavy, the smell of decaying foilage and more. As if this wasn't already not easy. He shook his head and Terein Laez sent him a questioning look. "More fun ahead," he said quietly. The switchback hadn't been too hard to follow since he was using scent rather than sight, but this would make things harder. Not impossible, though; his nose was too sensitive for that. But he had a feeling he may get a headache by the time they found Natalya.
"I will scout ahead then" the slim dragon remarked and took to the air before Mozer had a chance to state his opinon. Ah, well. If Terein couldn't find him again, it wasn't his problem. Blue eyes went to the trees around him. Yes, this was going to be fun.

"Don't worry." He said with a last smile at her before he exited the cave covering the entrance once more as he stepped out... Immediatly darting back to the trees and beginning to retrace his steps, with a considerably higher pace than he had made them before... If he didn't meet anyone by the time he reached the edge of the forest then he'd go hunting.
Ugh, he did hate the smell of the woods sometimes... Maybe that's why so few tsumes came here...
