'lan was gasping for breath by the time he stopped tickling her, and she pushed him back alittle bit as she turned to catch her breath. That was... Different than she remembered, odd... But that's probably what made it such fun.
After her laughing began to subside she turned back to him, and shook her mane so that it splashed him with a small wave of water... She was actually wet now, weird... Whatever she had been doing before to stop the rain from effecting her as much must have been forgotten during the tickle-fest. "Quite thoroughly, Hehe." She said with a few chuckles still escaping from her lips. "I think you're the first person to try and tickle me since I was a kid." She said with a few more giggles before finally recovering from the attack... then she shook her head again, and gave him a small amused smirk... Now her hair was messed up a bit and her hands were still muddy...

Vurrivey felt oddly happy at seeing her so amused. Strange, he thought to himself. He wasn't quite used to having such a concern over the emotions of others, but this 'Lan seemed to be a Tsume that brought about change. And, well, he didn't really mind that change in himself.
"Yes," he agreed, "I don't think I've been tickled in that long either. It's kinda nice once in a while though, I think... though I probably shouldn't admit that around too many people."
He laughed as the water from her hair hit him, not that he could really get much wetter in the rain. "You've got hair in your face, you know." He stared at her for a few seconds, and then reached out to brush it away from her eyes. "Unless you were purposely trying to block out your view of me?" He grinned. "Hopefully I'm not too horrible to look at, even if I am soaking wet and a bit muddy." He glanced down at her hands. "You could wipe them on my fur if you want, though I guess that would defeat the purpose of cleaning me off in the first place," he said.

'lan laughed alittle bit and then nodded, agreeing with the fact that it was not good to be known as ticklish to most people around you. Not that she would have any trouble avoiding it but it was good not to have to. When he mentioned she had hair in her eyes she made a small 'Humph' noise as she blew air out her nostrils in an attempt to blow it off... But it was wet and stuck to her face too much to be moved by such a weak effort. "Oh, and here I thought I had suddenly gone blind..." She said with a small laugh, and tilted her head to the side alittle bit to make it easier for him to move the hair out of her eyes.
"Thank you," She paused and shook her head alittle bit to get her mane to resettle then smiled at him. "I actually think you are quite pretty to look at, even with alittle water and mud... Although, I suppose now I share the same condition as you." She shook her head at his offer, it wasn't needed since her hands would get muddy almost immediatly again... After all she did use them to walk and stand as well. "Thanks for the offer Vurrivey, but I wouldn't want to ruin all my hard work now would I?" She said jokingly then tapped him on the forehead, leaving a small dot of mud there before laughing again... Ah, the rain did feel good didn't it?

Vurrivey smiled at her comments, casting her a rather bashful look when she mentioned that he was pretty to look at. "Well, even if you share the same condition as me, as far as the mud and water go, you're still lovely." He grins. "We probably make quite the pair right now, looking like drowned rats."
He glanced up at the sky. The rain seemed to soothe his soul, whenever he felt it, but he had a feeling that the company was putting him in such a good mood, rather than the weather. A bit uncharacteristically, he thinned the clouds slightly, to allow a bit of sun to shine through, and lessened the rain slightly, to more of a drizzle. A rainbow arched down, reflected from the water droplets and newly-present sunlight.
"Amazing what nature can do," Vurrivey commented, "even with a little manipulation..." he looked at 'Lan for a minute, then looked towards the arc of colored light.

She grinned at him then brushed some water off of her eyeridge that had begun to collect from the rain, using her arm rather than hand. "I beleive we could go on complimenting eachother for hours, We both have such... Elegant traits." she said with a slightly teasing tone, looking up at the sky as he did. Her hair once more falling down against her face, although this time just covering a single side rather than both her eyes.
It was pretty seeing the clouds part, even if it was for the third time... The rainbow was always slightly different, even if no one else could tell things such as that always caught her eye... If nothing changed, life would be so boring now wouldn't it? She smiled nonetheless and looked back towards him. "It is isn't it? Although, you are very good at the manipulation of it... Atleast in the aspect of storms." she said with a smile, then pointed at the sun. "And we all have our..." Suddenly it appeared to be... Night. The sun didn't even seem to move at all, it just vanished, the storm and rainbow remained but now the sky was full of stars and a bright full moon had taken the place of the sun. "Talents." She finished slowly, then checked her watch again.

"Thank you," Vurrivey said, in response to her compliment towards his manipulation abilities. As the sky suddenly changed to night, though, his mouth dropped open and he stared up, eyes wide. It was probably a funny sight, and definitely not a very dignified one.
"How... what... whoa." He continued to stare, eyes taking in the rainbow that still remained. While he'd manipulated storms to a great degree before, he'd never thought it was possible to have a rainbow in the night. I'll have to try that sometime... he thought to himself briefly.
"How did you do that?" he asked, awe in his voice as he turned towards her. "It's amazing." He glanced at her watch, then back to her face, noting how the starlight and moonlight both highlighted and shadowed her, casting a silvery glow around her, especially in the mist from the rain.

She looked over just in time to see his mouth drop open, and smiled alittle bit at that... It had been awhile since anyone had actually seen or known she had done something... Err... Well, she was pretty sure it had been awhile, time travel got so complicated sometimes. "Done gawking?" She asked jokingly, then nudged his jaw up to a more closed and dignified position. "You control storms, and I." She tapped his nose, and it appeared that she had cleaned off her hands at some point during this time switch. "Control time."
Well, that pretty much answered all the questions he had, well without going into detail. "As I said, we all have our talents... I think this is the third time I'v met you, although this time has been the most fun." She said with a brief smile at him, before hesitating slightly. "You don't mind the moonlight do you? I always found it so... Peaceful, especially with such a nice corona." She said indicating the ring of light that sorrounded it because of the clouds.

He looked a smidge embarassed as she pushed his jaw back into its proper place, but gave a little laugh. "Not entirely sure I'm done gawking," he said, glancing up again, "but I'll continue to gawk with a bit more grace."
He glanced at her hands as she tapped his nose, and blinked. "Time... well. That would explain the sudden change of skies..." He trailed off, lost in thought for a few seconds, then listened as she continued. He looked rather stunned when she said it was the third time they'd met. "The... third time? Wow." He sat silent for a second. "Well, I'm glad that I seem to be improving, then," he responded with a small smile, though a slightly unsettled one. "Though, I'm not sure if I want to know how I behaved the previous two times... or why it came to be the third time around." He looked at her again, with a more settled smile. "You definitely don't come close to any other Tsume I've met."
He looked up at the clouds at her mention of the corona. "Oh, I don't mind the moonlight at all," he replied. "Both day and night have their benefits... and I think I actually prefer night." He continued to stare up at the clouds and sky, taking in the new knowledge.

She laughed at his comment, shaking her head as it subsided back to a chuckle, He was so amusing to be around... She was glad she took the time out to talk to him on these last times round. Although, maybe she shouldn't have mentioned it to him... Things like that usually upset people. "It's ok, Take your time." She said then couldn't help but chuckle again, ah time... She had so much of it didn't she?
"How you behaved before...?" She thought about it, then shrugged "You were always nice, I can't really remember the details though. And the reason for the repeats?" She paused, maybe she shouldn't tell him about her meddling in the timestream, or how she simply loved angering the fates... "When I go back in time, I often do not skip back ahead... So I repeat the encounters that I enjoyed." She said whilst still smiling at him, it was a pretty big compliment from her to have been visited so many times, because it would have been easy to simply find something else that was fun to do instead at that time. She blushed a tiny bit at his comment about her not coming close to any other tsume he met... She wondered if he was having Deja vu, and if that was why he was so relaxed to begin with... Whatever the reason, it was nice.
And even with no wings, this tempest surely was one of the prettier she had seen... He looked so sleek, and dark... And so much more real than most she had met, the multitudes of wings somehow made them seem thrown together in her eyes, while he seemed more... Sculpted, especially with how the moonlight glistened over the rain drops that clung to his fur... If only she had a camera.

As he better wrapped his head around 'Lan's power, Vurrivey grew a bit more comfortable. Every Tsume had their power; hers simply involved something more... lasting? than clouds and wind.
He smiled as she explained her reason for the multiple meetings. "Well, I'm glad to know that you enjoyed them enough to spend time with me again..." he sounded slightly awkward, as he was flattered, and not used to being flattered in that manner. Well, he thought to himself, I guess that's why it feels as though I've met her before... because I have.
"And hopefully," he said, with almost a touch of bashful nervousness, "there will be more meetings in the future? Perhaps with memories of this one?" He stared at the muddy ground, pausing for an extra moment, before taking a little breath. "I don't want to forget you." He contemplated his foot, wondering if he'd sounded like a ninny, and waited for her reply.

'lan chuckled alittle bit when he spoke, it was obviously awkward... And truth be told, she had no idea what it would be like to be in his shoes or err... Place. She had always been the one that knew what was going to happen, to who it was going to and all that. But she could atleast acknowledge that it was awkward.
Then she actually blushed a bit when he asked if there would be more meetings in the future, she... Didn't actually see that coming, it was strange. Very strange.... "I'm sure there will be." She said, he moment of uncertainty and embarrassment floating off somewhere as she reached over, and pulled his gaze back up to her own, their noses nearly touching. "You can count on it." Her voice was very reassuring, and immediatly after she spoke her cheeks turned a slight purple colour... She was so close to kissing him wasn't she? But that wouldn't be polite to do it so quickly... And she wasn't sure if he even would want to, before their meetings had been cut off around this point but now she knew no one was going to interrupt, No one was around for miles and miles...

Vurrivey felt as if his stomach had flittered off somewhere else. He felt strange, but not in the same way as he'd felt to learn that they'd met twice before. No, this was a totally new and different strange; blissful. He wished he could create a thousand rainbows, and then dance in them...
He met her gaze and stared at her, finding her eyes more beautiful than any rainstorm, any streak of lightning across the sky. "Good..." he said quietly, in response to her reassurance. "I don't want to lose this." He hesitated, not quite knowing what would be appropriate for the moment. There was so much I never bothered to learn, he thought for a second, but pushed the thought aside. He leaned towards her and nudged her slightly with his snout, in an affectionate nuzzle.

'lan felt some part of her spirit sink as they shared this moment, just as much as it rose. She knew it would not last, well... And it would not be because of lack of effort she just knew that He would die, and she wouldn't. But, well... She could care about that later, for now she just smiled and pressed the side of her face up against his, sighing very slightly as she did so.
"Neither do I..." She said in a whisper, touching the side of his face with one hand. She didn't want this time to go away, and if she wanted she could probably stop it... But that wasn't how life worked, you didn't just stop it when you thought it was convenient there had to be something more than that... Well, most of the time.

Vurrivey closed his eyes and smiled. It was almost too perfect; under both stars and clouds, and a rainbow, and the brightest moon he could remember... and with her. He never would have anticipated that he'd get so attached to someone in so short a meeting... or ever really, for that matter.
"I hope I'm not keeping you from anything important," he murmured, well aware that he could probably stay like this, happily, for ages. He knew, though, that it was probably as impermanent as the rain. Nothing could last forever, and this, in particular, was bound to have limitations. Regardless, he could at least pretend that it would go beyond this night, that something would remain after the night faded back into day. She had reassured him, hadn't she? So, at least he was guaranteed to see her again, and that would be good enough for him.

How long had it been since she had cared for someone in such a way? It was such a strange feeling... And it rarely appeared, and it was always far apart... Her last companion, he died a hundred years ago didn't he? Had it really been that long? It was him that made her decide that it was too painful to get attached to these tsumes, but she knew it was not something you could so easily control or else, she wouldn't be here right now, with this elegant tempest under the moon and stars.
"I have plenty of time," She slowly moved her hand along his face, tracing his horns slightly in a long and gentle stroke across his neck... Then she shuddered, this place was beautiful, the damp ground glimmering in the bright moonlight... The light breeze blowing, it was almost perfect, the only thing she had neglected to think about was that without the sunlight... She was now getting rather cold... And her short fur fluffed up alittle bit subconsciously. "Perhaps we should... Adjourn to a slightly warmer place?" she asked with a small chuckle. He was probably more used to be wet and cold than her.
