"right! good idea! come on" she beckond with her hand to joth. after a while of traveling they made to the town, then after a bit searching they found a tavern. "can any of you read?" andrean asked the bar tender. "yup little miss, right over there. you wouldent' care for a drink eh?"he asked. "erm, why not? while your making it,-" joth looked at andrean while she talked "erm.....make that two, we shall just take a gander at this big brains, eh?" she nudged joth with her shoulder, then they each walked over to the table.....and at the table was a very eh... brainy looking man with his nose in a book.

"Just leave this to me, Miss Andrean!" Joth said with the all too familiar cocky smirk forming on his face.

With the same cockyness in his stride the Mouse made his way over to the man with Andrean in hand.
Clearing his throaght Joth put on his best gentleman's look and said in a polite voice. "Good morning sir! And begging your pardon sir would you be as so kind to read this lady's letter?"
He patted Andrean on the shoulder and shook his head, fakeing sadness. "A friend left worte it to her but alas, this poor girl cannot read and nither can I."

they each walked up to the table. "um.....hello? we would like it if you could read this letter for us." he slowly lifted his head up from the book "eh? why sure! hand it to me." he snatched up the letter and scaned over it "y-you know the princess?" he looked surrprized "yes we do, i'm her best friend." he then read the letter to them both. "thanks!" andrean yelled while draging joth out the door. "come on! she mightbe in trouble!"

"Whoa! Hey!" The thief cried in protest. "Why should we go out saving her royal high'o'ness! I know she's your friend and all but where's her bodyguards what happen to those repels she was talking about? Heck, we don't know if she really is in trouble!"

she stopped it her tracks. "you got a point....but just have that feeling...." she paused "it would not hurt to check, eh?" just then the little furry creature zipped in and landed on anreans head. "pasta! stop it!" andrean had forgotten its name. "me not a pasta! me peto!" it tugged on a plug of long redish-brown hair.

Joth thought for a moment before idea came to him. Wagging a finger at Peto he spoke to him like he was speaking to a child. "Well Mr. Pest-o how about we play a game! You'll pretend your a hound and we're two thief catchers after a thief. Our beloved Long Ears is playing that role. Now all you have to do to play this game is to sniff out our 'thief' and lead us to her. Got it?"

"yyeeoo! i love games! i love games! *siff* *SNOCK!* it snifeded the groud but snuffed up some dust that made it sneeze. "i like that name... pest-o" she smirked while following the creature. they made it deeper into the forest. it had been at least one hour when a deep chilling howl rang through the air. the creature screeched and jumped and tangeled its self in andreans hair. joth, andrean and her new hair orniement fell backwards scrambling to get away from the lone white wolfs icey gaze.

Joth as always lived up to his name, he turned 'tail' and ran but not with out having his sword in hand and the young girl in the other.

the wolf jumped in front of them growling then almost seemed to smile. ~follow me for thy one you seek~ a voice played in their minds. the she wolf left turning her head to make sure they where coming, almost in a trance each followed closely
