*he squints through the trees then nods to Yoral* ~I can take the first watch as I tend to be a night creature more than an early morning one.~ *he smiles slightly* ~I am sorry if my ignorance threw you... I honestly meant nothing by it. I simply didn't understand. I do now. I still do not agree with the others... You seem complete to me.~ *he shrugs matter-of-factly... after a time others find out that he is simply what he says he is... that he generally hasn't got any deep hidden agenda going*

Yoral ponders things for a bit, and suddenly gets an idea.
~You know, Soren, perhaps we could venture closer to the edge of the forest instead of resting straight-away, and then have that much less in the morning...?~
She shrugs.
~It is an idea, since I'm honestly not that tired anyways...~
Then she listens to his appology and shrugs again.
~It did throw me, but that's okay. I saw afterwards that you were being honest. And... thanks...~ she adds, in reaction to "complete."
One can tell that she's a bit bitter and untrusting, but honestly does not want to be.

he nods
~I'm not tired either... I'm anxious to get this under way. Perhaps these Tyshiri we're to find will be able to answer any questions we might have... Like how it came to pass that we were needed to fetch them in the first place.~
he looks forward towards where the mountain would be in the deepening shadows
~I find it strange that if they were Meant to be a certain place that they left it. It makes me wonder what or Who might have caused them to leave it.~
he shakes his head a little, frowning
~I don't know what to think really... Perhaps I'm just being paranoid but something tells me that even if or When we gather these others together, there's something far more dangerous awaiting us Afterwards.~
he stops ruefully and turns his head to smile at her apologetically
~I'm sorry... I always look for the dark side of the cloudless sky expecting the rain. If it does come to nothing after we've finished our tasks, I hope you will still consider keeping my company? I find talking to you pleasant and would like to think we might be friends even with out this requiring teamwork.~

She chuckles. ~Yes, they might tell us why it is important we get them in the first place... though it had not occured to me to ask... or why they might have moved. I guess I just figured sometimes one gets sick of eternal duties...~ She says the last part wryly, with a touch of humor.
She listens to his 'paranoia' comment and shivers a bit, staying silent. It gave her visions of some hideous monster trying to eat them. Not a pleasant thought. She breaks out of it as he appologizes and shrugs.
~Everyone can't be optimistic, it would disrupt the balance of life...~ she nods. ~It might be nice to keep company with a Tyshiri who has a different perspective after all is said and done,~ she smiles.
~But for now,~ she nods forward towards where the mountain is supposed to be. ~Shall we?~

(ooc: Heh... that's okay. Better you clip than say something that you haven't got your heart in, I say.)
She nods, more to herself than anything, and with a small internal gulp steps forward.
~I hope your sense of direction is good,~ she semi-jokes to Soren as she follows him forward.
A branch reaches out and tangles in a bit of her mane, which she pulls at, breaking the branch a bit and losing a few hairs in the process.
~Well, if nothing else the broken twigs will lead us back to where we started,~ she snorts. ~Hadn't realized it was going to be quite so thick... It wasn't just me in thinking the underbrush and trees were thinner back there, right?~

~heh... I do too... or it could get a bit annoying trying to find the twigs you've been breaking in this darkness.~ he chuckles back
~I'm just trying for where the last direction I saw the mountain in before it got too dark... hopefully I haven't gotten turned around or side tracked by the thicket.~ he shakes his head in the darkness... ~no I thought it would be easier than this too... it -seemed- as though it Was thinner back a bit.~
he pulls his wings in tighter to his sides trying to make them less snaggable.

*The sun falls from the sky and night descends. The two near the tree line and can see shadows darting about the mountainside. They sometimes come near the treeline, but never do they enter the forest.*
*Outside the barrier, Mina watches the two hesitant tyshiri who have not yet gone through, and listens to see if there are any questions.*

Mostyn, finally deciding that he's not going to get a response from the other Tyshiri, sighs to himself. On my own, meh. I'll survive, he thinks to himself, and steps through.
He's a bit disoriented once he's on the other side, and looks around himself, slightly dazed at first, before his head clears.

Yoral eyes the shadows beyond the treeline.
~Guess we'd better park it for the rest of the night. That was quite a bit of a hike...~
She looks around. ~Well, you've got us here. Guess it'll be my job in the morning to figure out how to get up the correct part of the mountain.~
She chuckles. ~Looks like we're safe, as Mina had said. So I don't think we need to worry about watching.~ She stamps about for a bit, making a nice spot to lay down.
~See you again when it's light,~ she states, laying down and closing her eyes.

Eyes adjusting to the darkness around him, Mostyn peers upwards to what he can see of the sky. He'd been eager to sky, but the darkness is rather sleep-inducing, and he decides to wait until he can take in more of his surroundings to move on. He allows himself to fade into a rather light sleep.

((OOC- hehehe, silly ;D ))
As the light filters down, Mostyn's eyes open. Now that it's brighter, he can get a better look around. His eyes flicker from his immediate surroundings to his goal-- the mountain. Shaking out his mane and stretching his wings slightly, he takes a deep breath. No point in wasting time, he thinks to himself, and starts out, trying to find the most direct path to the mountain.

Yoral wakes when the light begins to shine upon her back. She stretches, catlike, and raises her body up.
Looking around she blinks. ~Soren? Soren. Time to get up, wherever you are...~ her voice trails off and she looks around.
A small growl makes her flick her tail in annoyance. ~Hurry up, I'm hungry!~
Her eyes wander forward and she sets them upon the mountain. Yeesh... she thinks to herself and the hunger dulls a bit. She rolls her eyes and stretches more, waiting for her companion to make his presence known again.
