This is something I thought of this afternoon while looking at posts...
This is probably personal a.k.a. not roleplay or persona related, but how many posters here either are or were homeschooled? I know I seriously got into cyberpets and online fantasy and roleplay beginning sophomore year when I started being homeschooled (1997?!?).
It's just an interesting thought.

I went to public school.
Of course, I graduated in '88, and got interested in Cyberpets about 96-97 (I think)....

Actually, I should modify that... I was only homeschooled that one year, but I spent a LOT of time online that year.

Hum, that's an interesting idea.
I did public school, but also didn't do much with the 'net until I graduated. I got into cyberpets in '97, my freshman year of college.

Myr, you graduated the year I was born. *grin*
I've been homeschooled my whole life, never been to public school ^__^ Always curious about what it was like though.
Even though I'm homeschooled I still end up not getting a whole lot of online time, though. I compete with several of my horses so I'm always busy. Usually away during the weekends as well :3

I've always been public schooled. I don't quite remember when I got into cyber adoption. I emailed quite a bit when I was around 10 or 11. I think I hit the cyberpet scene around the winter of 2000 or 2001.
And by "cyberpet scene" I mean pretty much this exact community. Not this particular board but there was an Orchard Message Post on a different board with a lot of the same people then. Quite a couple different boards, actually. I was 12 or so.

I've always been public schooled as well, although I have noticed that a lot of home schooled kids (if the term still applies ^^; ) frequent the orchard....

Public Schooled. ^_^ I got interested in... what, say... '99-ish? I dunno, Uny? When did you start drawing K'd? Around then? Yes, and it's all Uny/K'dses fault. XD I would never have stepped foot into this world if it hadn't been for her. Of course, I did have a bunch of buddies on AIM before that. :3 So I wasn't TOTALLY foreign to the internet.

Always went to public schools, didn't find out about the internet till 8th grade (I think) and didn't start cyberpetting till probully 1999.
