They're a guard against some dark magic. Be warned, though. They don't make you invincible. Just able to withstand some of it."
((Stormie: Hmm, were you in the RP when we got the chainmail? Or did you come after it? Does a cave with different tests ring a bell? *hits head* I can't remember... but if you have no clue what I'm talking about, chances are you came in after it. ^_^))

(Somehow) Briin'ken managed to fit the chainmail over her head and around her front legs. She too was wearing one of Stormelle's Fuzzballs, her air elemental one.
"Ok.. so what now?"
((I think I'm going to leave out my original necklace, because then I'd have to go and bring that into the story sometime.. As for celebrating- I say we all eat thirty donuts!! Just kidding ^_^))

((HA! Leela, that's so original and thoughtful that the gate -must- open to that!! lol, I wasn't even thinking that! But I love it!! ;D))
Suddenly, gears could be heard turning and rolling and twisting, and after a few seconds of just that, the gate screeched loudly (it was very old, and not opened too often) and began to open slowly. Soon, the large gate was open. And all they could see was a large path cutting straight through all the land inside, leading to a black stone castle-like building. There were no trees, no living things anywhere. Just that forboding castle that lie ahead. The rain suddenly stopped, and all was quiet.

Garnet glanced at Charon. "Yup. Look up there. It's a big scary black tower," she said. She lowered her ears and narrowed her eyes in aggression, letting out a hiss. "Why do I think that this is the end of our quest? I have a feeling that Zelda and Stormie are in there... and so is whoever we have to fight to get them back...! Are we ready, folks?!"
