Finding Zelda [open rp]

[Nippy]

Garnet walked through the forest quietly, now and then her long black hair blowing through the wind, mixing in with her brown fur. She walked on all fours sadly, bowing her head, now and then tripping over some twigs or her own feet. "I have to find Zelda... I have to find Zelda..." she told herself over and over again. She reached a small flowing stream and sat down beside it to lap up some water. She was thirsty, after all, from three days of searching for her lost friend...

[Briin'ken]

Resting on a tree branch far above Garnet, Briin'ken idly looks at her. She gets up off the branch and hops out of the tree using her wings to glide down to the forest floor.

[TheBozMaster]

Then out of the bushes emerged TheBozMaster. With his sword in his hand, blood on his face he said "Are you looking for Zelda?"

[Briin'ken]

Landing just a few feet from the place Garnet was drinking, Briin'ken glanced up and saw some dude with a sword. She reacts instantly to the possible threat by flaring out her wings and baring her teeth. But she quickly calms down, seeingthat the stranger looked friendly.

"I-I'm sorry," Briin'ken stammered, "reflexes I guess.. My name is Briin'ken, but you can call me Briin."

Distracted by the other newcomer, Briin'ken temporarily forgets the reason why she came down out of the tree in the first place, which was to chat with the tired-looking creature getting a drink of water.

[TheBozMaster]

" Hi im TheBozMaster, the leader of the iron clan. We make all sorts of silver items. If you ever need a thing just ask. What are you two from?"

[Briin'ken]

"I came from a place far away, Bozmaster, I don't remember what it's called, but I fled from it because it is full of hatred and fear.."

She shudders at the thought of her old home, her eyes vacant.. remembering that ravaged land, ruled by an evil tyrant.

"Um, sure, I don't need anything at the moment, but I'll let you know, k? Thanks for the offer!"

Briin'ken turns towards the other weary-looking traveler, waiting for her answer to Bozmaster's question.

A Red semi-transparent dragon watches. Silently. He sits on a rock a short way from the others. His tattered wings move slightly in the wind. He flicks his tail slightly, he too know the pain of a lost friend.

Garnet looks up at TheBozMaster and Briin, rather startled. She stands up and tilts her head inquisitively. "Iron clan? Hmm... I've never heard of them, but it sounds cool," she says with a small smile and a hint of happiness, "But yes, I'm looking for Zelda." She pauses and sits back down, bowing her head. Her voice grows sad again. "As for where I'm from, I've lived here in this forest all my life. With my friend, Zelda, you see. But then... I woke up one morning and... and... and..." She breaks off and buries her face in her paws, ashamed of herself. "She was my best friend and I can't find her! Please help me." Her ears prick and move slightly as she senses another presence, but doesn't remove her head from her paws to see who it is. She is too sad.

[Belladandy]

The commotion attracts yet another creature.
Hearing someone in distress. Anocher the Wanderer heads in their direction.

He was like a mixture of a cat/wolf creature standing about six feet. His fur was a light gold along with black stripes and spots and ram like horns grew on his head. He wore nothing save for a belt which he carried a small bag and a good sized dagger. He also his long samurai-like sword strapped to his back ready to be unsheathed if in need.

This time, Garnet lifts her head, smelling yet another creature coming towards the small yet growing group. She looks over to see a dragon perched on a rock, and a cat/wolf creature walking towards them. She stands up and backs up a half of a step. "And... who are you?" she asks uneasily, eyeing the sword on the cat-creature's back.

[TheBozMaster not loged in]

" If your looking for a fight this is not the place to look for it" BozMaster said looking at the cat/wolf creature. "We are looking for a girl named Zelda"

[MadMooCow]

"Well there is still hope ot find your friend" the red dragon says, his head tilted to one side. "having a sword does not mean there will be a fight" he laughs. "if a fight was intended, you would know about it."
"do we get a description of the Zelda?"

[Nippy]

"Oh, yes of course," Garnet says. "I apologize." She clears her throat. "Well... she's a cat, just like me. She's got blonde hair and a reddish coat... Last time I saw her, she was in a pink dress with little pink boots on. She has these triangular gold earrings on... very pretty, I've admired them for ages. She also had a tiara on. Gold with a little red jewel in the middle. Umm..." She pauses to think. "That's about it." She nods, then smiles warmly and thanfully. "I can't thank you all enough for helping me." She grins, then frowns again. "Oh. I forgot to tell you how she got lost... well...

"A few nights ago, when both of us were asleep in our cave, I heard someone get up and go out of the cave. I also heard some angry voices, and a bit of hissing and squabbling, but I was half asleep. I thought nothing of it then. When I woke up the next morn, Zelda was gone."

Garnet sighs. "I've been searching for three straight days and I still can't find her..."

[Belladandy]

Hearing all this, Anocher lifted his hand (or paws) in a sign of peace.
"Anocher no meen no harm." Then coming up to Garnet he bowed.

"Anocher shall join search. All shall be well."
He said trying his best at raising Garnet spirits.

[Nippy]

Garnet smiled genuinely and bowed back. "Thank you very much for joining in," she said. "It is very kind of you. But as for finding Zelda," her voice dropped to almost a whisper, "I hope you're right..." She grinned and sat down. "I'm ready to leave when you all are. But wait..." She turned to the red dragon. "I haven't caught your name. What is it?"
