what size? And do you want the whole thing to be the avitar or just a section? never used the program but I do know that when doing stuff like what you want it's normaly the same for all programs

welp with most programs you make a new document the size you want, in your case 100X100
Then you use the markee cutting tool and if you can set it to that size. If you cant then just get what looks like the right size. Copy and paste it. Hopefully it will paste what you cut and not enlarge the canvis.
