is it really the symbols or the things you do with it that makes it flame or does it randomly do it if u morph it a lot?

All we know is this, it has something to do with the symbols, and your Nixphe needs to be in a complete Flight before it will Flame. Beyond that, I thought I had figured it out, but since I haven't been able to duplicate a Flame, it seems I'm still going on random. Though it isn't random, I just haven't figure out the secret, heh.
In one of the threads there is a picture with four Nixphe, one of which is ready to Flame. There is in a hint in there.
BTW, this is a low volume board, people won't answer within a minute of your posting your first message!

Ok thanx one more thing how many nixph do u have to have to get a full flight?

You need 4, but they don't all have to be yours. You can join an incomplete flight that already exists although you will only be able to morph your own Nixphe.
