these past two days I've recieved obscure e-mails from people rarely heard from nowadays,
DS, if you see this, I've gotten virus mail from you
Jade Eye, if you see this, I"ve gotten virus mail form you too
Lex, please give Jade a tip off that something's sending things in her name so she can let her friends know

I've gotten virus mail from, literally, just about everyone I've ever had correspondence with from the Orchard, with the exception of Myrror, heh.
I'm assuming things are probably being sent out from my yahoo account as well. /grumble. Apparently, it's easy to send things out from addresses without actually logging into the account...

Just because you get a virus from someone's e-mail doesn't mean that they've got a virus on their computer.
It means that someone that's got a virus has their e-mail in their address book (and in some cases, in the temporary files).
You wouldn't believe how many e-mail viruses I've 'gotten' from GI...

*nods* Just becuase you 'got' one with someone's name on it doesn't necessarily mean it came from them. It goes through people's address books and randomly picks a to and from for some viruses. Hence disguising where it actually came from.
