(OOC: Like the play on words? Ish....Thing...lol. Ok...My two C'bana for this are Esperanza and Distant Melody((not translated)), Esperanza can be found here: pegaruny.com/stormelle/Cbana/anewhome.htmlDistant Melody can't be posted till I'm able to get the the website...>.<; Oh, and as a side note, I'm thinking of talking to Pega and asking here if she knows where the dictionary is so that I can translate at least some of these name... Just so you guys know) Distant Melody padded quietly behind Esperanza, his pan pipes slung over his shoulder with a make shift strap. He, like his father, was rather quiet though if one ever got him to talk they'd discover he was quiet friendly and had a slightly outgoing side to him. "She's blue and green and fluffy..." Esperanza said for about the fifthy time. Distant glanced at her slightly, he'd only accompanied the filly because aside from his two siblings and parents she was the only other C'bana he'd been around and he enjoyed her seemingly omnipresent happiness. "We'll find here, we'll find her. Don't worry." he smiled, still not sure as to why they'd not gone to her parents or his on this. The two of them continued to trot from the Orchards' large expanse in search of Vivre, Esperanza's bullsai.

(OOC: Ooh, translated names would be fun. ^^ English ones will work well enough for this though... *smiles, and throws the two siblings forward*) Lamente watched wistfully as some of the drops of water Zephyr's Cheer had so kindly thrown at him fell off his nose back into the pond, creating an oddly hypnotic series of rings at the surface; it was something to distract him at any rate, he had to give her that. As the waves faded though, he noticed something even better; his sister's voice faintly reached his ears, which must mean she was fairly close. Picking up his head, he searched through the grasses almost eagerly, the hint of a smile on his face. Misconstruing the colt's reaction, Zephyr's Cheer laughed, before dancing a short victory jig; " See, I knew we just needed to have a water fight to cheer you up!" Completely oblivious to or ignoring the fact that she had been the only one actually engaged in the splashing, she continued her dance, adding a hummed melody as she closed her eyes and switched to something more akin to a waltz.

Esperanza paused for a moment, listening, "Water!" she exclaimed. "Maybe she's by the water...Come on Distant!" she said before turning and half bounding, half attempting to fly, toward the noise. Distant followed slightly more slowly, following the actual small creek of which Esperanza must have heard. After a few minutes of walking he caught up with Esperanza. "What are you doing?" he asked her, quiet puzzled. "Shhh....There's something or someone up there." she said, nodding her head toward the edge of the pond which the creek fed into. Distant paused, peeking over the grass, "Zephyr!" he cried out, happy to know someone else, it was his sister. Leaping out of the grass he bounded the sall distance, tackling his sister with care not to damage his pan pipes. Esperanza paused, slightly confused, she walked out of the grass more slowly then spotted Lamente. Her face lit up, happiness upon it, "Brother!" she closed the distance quickly and nudged hi playfully.
(OOC: Yep...Forgot to write it in my last letter...Might need to use Dear Elder if I can come up with something more to say...lol)

At the mention of her name, Zephyr's Cheer opened her eyes in surprise; she didn't stop her dance quickly enough to even attempt avoiding being tackled flat to the ground by the colt though. Looking up at Distant Melody, she tried to give him a severe look, but her excitement at seeing him made it impossible to keep a straight face. Finally giving up the effort, she grinned playfully at him and said, "Why, if it isn't my little brother, out terrorizing the good C'banae of the Orchard! What would Dad and Mom say about that, if they only knew..." She clicked her tongue, before quickly switching to a surprise tickling attack to try and throw him off her. Lamente went to softly nudge Esperanza back, before remembering how wet he was; not wanting to get her damp as well, he stopped midway through and gave her an awkward but pleased smile instead. Feeling a bit self conscious, he blushed slightly, before replying, "I didn't know you'd be out here, Esperanza." Not wanting to ask a direct question, but wondering why she was there, he looked up at her again, certain she'd understand his curiosity.
(Aye, sorry for taking so long to reply...a post a month is a good way to move a story along, right? *blushes in embarrassment herself*)

(S'ok! Sorry for my delay back. xD)
"Well-Ep!" he attempted to leap back, away from her. "Hey!" his voice hinted very slightly at a whine. "What was that for?" he asked, eyes narrowed in a playful manner. Esperanza beamed, "Nor I you. But I'm happy you are. Have you seen Vivre? She managed to go and get lost again..." at this last part her expression grew slightly worried.

The filly grinned triumphantly as Distant Melody jumped off her, before standing back up and brushing some strands of grass from off her side. At his question though, she stopped to tousle his mane, answering laughingly, "Just making sure you remember who's the oldest here." Finally spying the other filly over her brother's shoulder, Zephyr's Cheer peeked sneakily around him to get a better look; intrigued, she whispered to him, "Ooh, is that really Lamente's sister? What's she like?" At Esperanza's worried expression, Lamente tried his best to sound upbeat and encouraging; "I've not seen her...but she's always returned in the past, I'm sure we'll find her now too." Smiling comfortingly, he continued, "Where have you looked for her already?"
(*laughs* I guess we make a good enough pair for this then. ^^)

Distant Melody made a small sort of 'humph' noise and looked away from his sister then paused. "Yeah. That's her." he smiled as he spoke. "Playful and always looking on the bright side. I'm not sure I've ever seen her with a frown. Granted, she's not to happy at the moment but she's not frowning." This was true, for though the filly looked worried she still had a gentle smile upon her lips. "Thanks." she said, ignoring the fact that her brother was wet and nudging him slightly. "Hrm....Well...The way we came from...So over by the front of this lil' orchard. Other wise...No one really specific." she smiled slightly apollogetically, they really hadn't looked far but Vivre was rather small and one could never really know what would happen to such a small creature.
(*grins* Yep...Guess we do.)

Zephyr's Cheer raised an eyebrow questioningly. "Not too happy? Did you happen to pounce on her as well?" She grinned up at him to let him know she was only jesting, before looking back at Esperanza. "Not much like her brother then...though, honestly, I guess he doesn't frown so much as smile sadly. I tell you, he needs to think far less than he does; which means I should probably introduce you two." She winked at Distant Melody, before prancing out innocently towards the other pair. Lamente nodded, apparently satisfied with Esperanza's answer, vague as it was. "And we came from that direction," he said, looking over his shoulder downstream. "So...onwards?" He shrugged and smiled apologetically in his turn, letting her choose which way 'onwards' really was, and still too distracted to remember to bring the other foals into the discussion.

"No." he said, sticking his toung out, playing back. " Odd how the two of them can be so different." he mumbled, following his sister. Esperanza laughed, "The works, I suppose. We're bound to find her eventually." as she spoke Distant Melody gave her a slight poke. "We going to keep searching?" he asked. "Oh! Yeah. Lamente, Distant Melody. Distant Melody, Lamente." she said, beaming.

Lamente blinked and turned towards the new voice, somehow shocked by how close the other foals actually were. He overcame his surprise at Esperanza's introduction though, remembering to bow politely to Distant Melody before replying, "Well met; Zephyr's Cheer has mentioned you often." As it became clear that Lamente wasn't going to continue that statement into a full introduction for herself, Zephyr's Cheer pouted slightly, a bit put off; not one to just sit on the sidelines though, she switched back to a grin and decided to just take care of things herself. Leaping gracefully into the middle of the group, she looked up at Esperanza amusedly while saying, "And I'm Zephyr's Cheer, in case you were wondering who that was." She winked at the other filly, before quickly changing the subject to the more tantalizing one that her brother had mentioned; "Now, what are we searching for? Treasure?"
(*gasp* Is it possible I've managed to write a new entry before three weeks are up? Must be an April Fool's Day thing. *crooked grin*)

"Nope." Esperanza said, half laughing. "A friend of mine. A little fluffy bullsai, goes by the name of Vivre." Distant Melody raised an eyebrow at his sister but chuckled and nodded. "We already look over there." he kicked one of his hide legs to point in the direction they're come from.
(Lame response...Sorries! ><)

Zephyr's Cheer hummed thoughtfully, before nodding her approval. "I'd say a friend's more important to find than treasure anyway; more challenging too." She grinned to herself, well pleased with the idea of a quest, at least for the moment. At her brother's pointing, she nods once again, before striking out enthusiastically towards the farther end of the pond, at a line somewhere between where both groups had already been. No doubt just assuming that everyone would follow her, she called out over her shoulder to Esperanza, "So tell me, does Vivre play hide 'n seek often?" For his part, Lamente shrugged and smiled apologetically, feeling that it really should have been Esperanza's choice which path to take; knowing that Zephyr's Cheer meant well though stopped him short of actually being vexed. He stood up, waiting patiently for the other two to decide if they were going to follow after her or not.
(*laughs* Being less wordy than I am certainly doesn't make it a lame response; I think most would prefer that actually. ^^)

Esperanza's ears flicked backward for a moment, not in anger, almost confusion. Then they flicked back up and a smile danced upon her face as she bounced after Zephyr's Cheer, Distant Melody raising an eyebrow at the two girls followed. "Yes! She loves it...Sometimes she's really very good at hiding, apparently, this is one of those times." Esperanza said, glancing behind her to be sure Lamente and Distant Meelody were following. "Often times she chooses high places." Distant Melody interjected, for in most of his games with the two winged creatures the small one liked to be as high as her fluffy down would allow her.
((Majorly belated...><))
