Hey all you Orcharders!
What have you all been up to since our adoptor/adoptee days?
I'll have been married for seven years later this month and we'll be starting a family here soon. Well a family beyond our three furry children (two cats, one dog). Fish may be in our future soon, but nothing is certain.
I still have my website with a lot of my adoptables, but haven't done much in recent years beyond the odd thing on gaia.
Edit: This is Lessa. I've decided recently to stop going by Lessa Lynn and start going by Aevelyn instead.

Lessa--- er, Aevelyn, My dear!!! *SNUGGLE* I've missed Orchard life, but I've been busy with my first senior year in College... and I got a boyfriend! We're madly in love and such.  I've been wanting to draw and adopt out C'banae again, but I don't think I have the time to devote to it as I should, nor do I believe there's a place left quite as the Orchard is in it's good times. I've been turning to Gaia lately for some random Adoptable fun, but it isn't the same.  |

Good to see a couple of people around, Pega you're back! XD
I haven't adopted much lately either. Got a Samanayr a while back but that's about it. Been so busy lately, no time to build pages for my adoptables or draw anything to hand out myself. I miss when I was in school and could get the whole summer off ^_^
Been working for the past 10 years for the same company, not much new. Not married yet, no kids. Getting ready to go on a trip to Toronto to visit some family, but even that's a little routine, I do it every year around this time LOL But still looking forward to it. We try to find some museums or sites we hadn't seen before, we're down to old restored homes now, but they are surprisingly interesting. Toronto also has some amazing used books stores so I usually stock up quite a bit while I'm there.
Let's see if anyone else posts in the next week or so. Wow, to imagine it took almost two weeks before there was a reply to the original message, where has everyone gone?

I felt the need to respond since I still poke around here every so often.
Lets see I don't even know where to start. I guess I'm all grown up, work a full time job, moved out then had to move back in with my parents due to difficult situation and I had to leave immediately. Um I'm still drawing like a crazy person, still that loveable little goyle people once knew, just older. ;3
I've been attending a few conventions through out the year, I try to do artist alley when I can afford it and try to get my name out there. If I could do it I would so try to bring back some of my adoptable critters, but seeing as there is like barely a pulse here I haven't tried. Though lately I have seen "adoptable" critters on art sites like DA and FA, but from what I can see it's not the same.
Heh I've even been able to bring my character to life. If you're old enough you might remember Spades. Well not only is she an amazing artist but she makes mascot costumes. Got a head made from her of my character. So now when I attend conventions I get to actually be AirRaiser (minus the wings for now.)
As for where every went, I think we all just grew up and grew apart. Life slapped us upside the head and said HEY! Then glared at us till we followed.
Anyway that's about all I have to report for now. I don't know how many of you still use Deviantart but I can be found lurking and mirroring my art there. It's a good way to contact me even if it's just to say hi. I do miss everyone here, and the good ol days.

Well i been sidetracked wit life. No job and all that funness. But now ill be busier than ever cuz i just gave birth to an adorably handsome 8 lb 14 ozs and 21 inch long baby boy. He was born july 21 2011 at 6:24 am  if i can someday ill upload pics of my new bundle of joy. |

Hehe, looks like it took longer than a week to get a response after my post. I miss the days when I couldn't keep up with everything going on here, but I guess that's life, things change and move on to other things (not always better!). Hopefully people will still keep dropping by from time to time, a place we can come back an look up old friends from years ago!

Yes! I AM back!  Been back for a year, actually. Hey, AR!!! I was just talking to Klinnia today about X-men 2020... it was such good times... And I know it's not quite the same, but I've been kinda trying to get into the Sanori Gardens/Garden Terrace adopting Scene... Because I miss critters! ;_; Zelda!!! That's so awesome! I now have 2 nieces and one nephew, along with another one on the way, and I looove babies! I'm almost done with college, at which point I shall (hopefully) land a teaching job immediately at an elementary school. Wish me luck! ... I also just tried to call Uny today, but she wasn't home. I miss her face. Myrror should still be around the interwebs somewhere... anyone seen her lately? |

Last I checked the EverRealm was still up but I don't think it was active. Actually haven't seen anyone if they haven't been around here, well except for Skysong who is still going strong with her Samanayrs, and Lexington who had to stop her adoptions. I sometimes poke about Sionayra but hasn't been too active lately either. Saw Reptile Girl post some updated links there ^.^
