Seems like pretty much everyone has vanished...you could try advertising on Sionayra (http://sionayra.com/roleplay/index.php) there are some adopters that might be interested, might get some new people on board.
Maybe Sushi would also allow you advertise at the Sam board, once again to attract new (and a few old) people. Samanayrs are about the only adoption I've seen that's still alive and kicking at the moment ^_^
