K'd Readoption Hunt!

Those of you unfamiliar with Uny's creatures, you're missing out.

She restarted her Lliyani adoptables a little while ago, and while we're still looking for many of the people who used to adopt from her to get a 'yes, still active' or 'no, not active but paged and keeping' or 'no, not active, please readopt' from them, we do have enough to start the Readoption hunt. <3

These are RP-heavy hunts, as I don't have time to independently juggle my life and 3 posts per day for -everyone- like we did with the NC (also, there are far fewer prizes this time. So it's a bit more intensive, and an experiment in lots of ways again).

The hunts themselves are taking place on the Lliyani forums.

I hope to get to play with some of you there! <3

As for Lliyani.. heh. I would love to join in, but I won't be able to page anybody for possibly a few months yet. That's the main reason I haven't tried to participate in any of the recent Lliyani events. (I can't currently access my website because my current webhost is stupid, so until I can get home, get myself moved, get internet set up at the new place, and find a good new host -- I'm stuck. >.>) If Uny would be ok with a temporary forum thread home and a cross-my-heart, hope-to-die, double pinky promise that I will get them paged as soon as I can.. well, let me know and I'll happily hop right in!

ddpej - Since I'm the Lliyani enforcer, it's more -my- say whether or not something flies as far as appropriate paging.

Do you have a time-frame estimate on when you get home/internet/hosting/etc? (I remind you that as much as we hate ads, Angelfire is still available as a host, even though Geocities bit it... Also evidently google offers hosting? idefk)

Please, I have standards. x3 Home is tomorrow and I start moving next week. I would say no sooner than a month for hosting access, but unless sudden unexpected chaos erupts, no longer than two months. I may well end up paying for a host, so I do need to do a bit of research before I choose one.

I think your time frame sounds totally do-able. I talked to Uny before she nipped out to work (ahaha, working stiff, it's my birthday! ), and 2 months was about the maximum we're willing to give people (though we're being very lenient right now, as we've been looking for oldbies since -May-... Their time is running out...).

What we came up with was this:

-Yes you may -temporarily- post your critters in your forum boarding area.

-As these are K'd (thereby people-smart), they require at least -some- content. Whether it's describing where they live or what kind of character that one is, or whatever, that's fine.

-Linkage linkage linkage. All linkage for K'd goes to unykness.pegaruny.com/Lliyani/Kd/ and all linkage for NC goes to unykness.pegaruny.com/Lliyani/NC/LliyaniWing.htm

-Within 2 months, you need to move them to proper housing, or else the repo men come knock in your door they go back up for readoption.


That you also view your boarding area as a temporary staging area, we're totally cool with you playing along with us. Besides, we love new blood.

Nyaro is dragging me off the computer for adventures, today being my last day of vacation and all, but I will work on registering and entering and all that when I get home. ^_^
