I recently renewed my website and got a new scanner (both reasons why I stopped Crystals and took everything down, because I wasn't going to renew it originally) and I thought about testing the waters for Crystals but it seems kind of um, dead here. So maybe not >.>

Yeah, thought there might be a little more life, but it's been quiet for 6 months so wouldn't be surprised if people stopped checking back.

I want to see if I can get back into Crystals before I make any commitments. Do you two want to give me either a breeding request or a wild request? The pages aren't up yet so sorry for that.

Hmm, what about some of the older Crystals, Geniu'ma (093) and Zeren'Zybra (201)...which by a completely unintentional quirk are also from Tymena'Heilo. And believe me, it was random, I have a whole list of breedings and I just went through them all and thought these two would be most wonderful of my selected pairings XD Well there was one other but I appear to have not kept the link to the band page

Talking of unicorns...for some reason this year I've gone back to my childhood and started reading all these unicorn books I'd collected over the years. Like the Firebringer trilogy, or Unicorn Sonata. I have a few more in my to-read list for the rest of the year. Right now reading an anthology of unicorn stories, Immortal Unicorn.

Have you read anything by Bruce Coville? 'The Unicorn Treasury' is what shaped my childhood. In fact I have a Painted Unicorn named after that book lol. It was a had find, but they re-released it a few years ago. I managed to find an original edition, exactly like the one I used to rent from the city library every time I visited my grandmother <3 It means so much to me. He also wrote a short series (or a trilogy) but the only one I ever read was 'Into the Land of the Unicorns.'

I'm also a fan of the Tanith Lee unicorn books (but I haven't read them in years.) There's Black Unicorn, Gold Unicorn and Red Unicorn. At least, I think that is the order. They're kind of trippy in a fantasy way.
