Phenomenon sighed in relief at not having to go on an adventure...
Hearing that two of the feoraptors liked him really boosted Phenomenon's self-esteem. He walked with his head a little higher over to the rock, hoping the others would follow. He liked that he was making friends..

Phenomenon was confused, he had no idea what Candy was saying. Her baby-talk was confusing, and he didn't know if she thought he was tall, or thought he was a Nomad.. He looked at his sister once again for help.
At the mention of an adventure, Phenomenon automatically shook his head. He didn't want to go on an adventure just yet. He had hoped to meet some more babies, near the close sight of his mother, and play some games like tag. He didn't necissarily want to venture that far away from her so soon.. He motioned over to a big rock where they could play and smiled.

Phenomenon smiled a big grin. He liked making friends, and he loved his sister for helping him. He knew that someday, he would have to survive without her, but for now, she was a big help.

Phenomenon just looked at his sister. Whenever he got confused or didn't know what to do, he always went to his sister for help.

When Maladroit had fallen over, Phenomenon had laughed his silent laugh (laughing without noise... ). He had a huge grin on glad that he had invented a new and fun game. He was glad her was making friends. Phenomenon nudged Compassion and motioned for him to follow Maladroit. They walked over to where Candy and Attack were standing. Phenomenon looked at his sister, hoping she would introduce them, seeing as he could not himself.

Phenomenon, unable to reply to his sister, (which she very well knew) used his body to answer, shrugging his shoulders, he looked at her with a look that said, "I'm bored." Phenomenon needed to be on the go and doing something, for he could get bored pretty easily. He saw Compassion looking at him. He smiled and rushed toward her at full speed, hoping to scare her. A couple feet before he hit her, he swerved off, with a huge smile that would have been laughter. He looked at her and smiled a friendly smile.

Phenomenon saw all the other little baby feoraptors running around, and he wanted to join in. He decided to stay by his sister for a little while though, before he went out to hang with the others. He walked clumsily over to Maladroit, and watched the others play and laugh and scream. He had always wished he could talk...

Rikku sniffed the air, trying to sense any danger coming towards the members of the clan he belonged to. He didn't see any, so went off into the territory of the clan. Wandering along, he caught the sent of the Alpha female, Ionanili. He turned around, always being a little intimidated by her rank, but then decided against it. He was in her clan, meaning she could not harm him.. at least not very much. He walked a little to her right, so as to not disturb her, and tried to find some food for his growling stomach.

Hider looked hatefully into the eyes of his onlookers. They all stared at him, their eyes all looking differently. Some looked distant, as if they had no idea what was going on. Others looked on evily, watching their master to see what she would do to him. He looked her in her evil, red eye, and slowly picked his head up. He would not be beaten. The pain still roared it's laughing mockery into his heart, but he tamed it back, and watched the feoraptors around him. He had been naive to think all feoraptors were good. He had heard stories of Vengance and her slaves when he was littler. All of the older feoraptors would threaten the little ones with stories of Vengance, "Don't disobey your parents, or Vengance will come after you at night! She likes to eat little feoraptors." Hider had always looked upon their stories as made-up. He had known Vengance existed, but never really thought of her during his life, until he saw her in the cave. At first, he hadn't believed it was her, until he saw her evil eyes. Then he thought, maybe she isn't as bad as they say she is! How wrong he was.
Mark looked at the other feoraptors, wondering if they had pasts. Well, of course they all had a past, but did they remember? Was he the only one who remembered the times before Vengance? He wondered about these things, and then wondered.. did Vengance have a past? Was she ever good?
((And the plot thickens... ;D))

Hider blinked, and slowly got up. His pain was still searing through his body at every movement that he made, but he was willing to do it for his life. He did not care what the job was the Vengance had planned, his life depended on it, so he planned to do it. He slowly got up, wobbling a bit, but held his ground. He bit his lip at the effort it took, but he looked Vengance in her searing, evil eyes, wondering what was yet to come.
Mark watched as Vengance kicked Hider to make him get up. That feoraptor has strength he noted to himself, watching the effort it took him to get off the ground. He heard Vengance say something about a job she wanted done.. He was confused, he didn't remember any job needing to be done. Why couldn't she just ask one of her slaves to do it? He pondered these questions, and watched Vengance's next move...

Hider felt the jolt rush through his body, surging to every corner of every muscle. He groaned and wearily tried to move, but the pain was too immense. He barely had the strength to open his eyes, only suceeding in pushing them open slightly and remembering what had happened. His eyes closed again, yet he cringed, hoping they didn't feel like hurting him more. He opened his eyes again, seeing Vengance. Oh no, this is it. he thought to himself, knowing the end was near. He thought silently to himself, but nothing came, only sorrow, pain, and regret.
Mark stood aside as Vengance came through her hoard of slaves. She really was a cruel and spiteful leader, and he admired her for it. But every time he saw her, he had to push that one memory back into the deepest corners of his head, where he could forget it forever, where she would never find it, and where it would stay for the rest of his life. He saw Hider stirring, and for a second was relieve that he was alive. If they had killed him, Vengance would definetly have something to say about it. He watched as she looked him over, and he cringed, as if it were all a dream. Laughing to himself, he thought, "No, your nightmare is only beginning..."

Hider could not bare the pain. His eyes were closed as he felt blows of claws and tearing teeth on every part of his body. He felt his own blood rushing into his eyes and other wounds. The pain was unbearable... His eyes blurred and he lost conciousness..
Mark laughed maliciously. He new the male was not dead, but he was glad that they had done their job well. The male looked more like a bloody carcass than a feoraptor. For a split second, he remembered his Shriek being destroyed by Vengance, but quickly shook the memory out of his head. He was a slave now, and didn't need a family...

Hider had no idea what to do. He couldn't run, all of the feoraptors could easily outrun him and gang up on him, and he couldn't hide, they could track him down easily. He winced in pain as the searing horn touched his skin. He was blinded by fear and pain, and had no idea what options he had. His only thought right now was surviving the attack of Vengance's Slaves...
Mark cackled evily and took a step toward Hider. He lifted up his powerful leg and used his sharp talons to rip some large gashes into the side of Hider's leg muscles. Blood was everywhere, but that was what Mark craved most of all, pain.

Mark followed orders immediatly, digging and clawing at the dirt mound. Chunks of rock and dirt started falling off, making little holes in the mound. He smiled as he thought evily, come out, come out!
Hider saw the holes from the light coming through his temporary hide-out. He was almost frightened to death. What will they do to me? He thought. He did not want to be clawed to death in a little hole, so he cautiously squeezed out of the hole and braced himself, hoping they would kill him quickly and painlessly.
