my little girl's in the hospital. started having a seizure last night, and had one again this morning. the doctors still aren't sure what's causing them. they aren't violent seizures, but a seizure's a seizure, and it's pretty scary.
will keep y'all updated, but i just could use some love and support and prayers right now.

update: well, it appears that the seizures were probably caused by a sketchy-looking little mass of "something" in the front of her brain. by definition, it's a tumor, says the surgeon, but it's not a tumor in the widely used sense of the word. it's most likely some sort of scar tissue from earlier medical problems and surgery, but we won't know for certain until they go in to remove whatever it is. she'll definitely be having a craniotomy in the next few weeks.
in the meantime, she's back to her regular non-stop chatter, and her usual wild, obnoxious, adorable, busy self.
thanks for all the support and the prayers. it means so much to me. i'll keep you updated.

Just transferred her to her old hospital up the street from where she was. She'll have the surgery first thing in the morning. Thanks again, guys.
