Garnet lowered her ears in hesitancy and relative fear. She waited until the wind subsided to a small breeze to talk, but even then the wind still pushed them forward. "Keep on your toes," she said, looking around at the treetops. She was examining them to see if anything resided there. Nothing. She looked forward, deeper into the forest, and squinted to see farther. "Look...! Up ahead. I think I see a cave up there, to the left." She looked at her friends. "What say you all?" Again, a gust blew up as strong as the first, leading towards the cave.

[Briin'ken]

The wolf had a brief thought about how much fun it would be to 'surf' the wind. It was one of her favorite pastimes. Then she snapped back to the present and peered at the cave, still trying to resist the wind pushing them forwards. As they got closer, the chill seemed to wrap itself around her again, longer than the first time. Briin'ken shook her fur to rid the eery feeling and sniffed the air, searching for something, anything. Usually she could rely on her sense of smell, but she couldn't smell anything out of the ordinary.

"Well.. this is a little wierd," Briin'ken muttered, then speaking up, she said, "I think something wants us to go into the cave. Do you think it's a trap?"

[Belladandy]

"Anocher think two should go in cave. Others stay out" Anocher said. "If trouble comes in cave they can call for help outside."

[Briin'ken]

"That's a good idea..I'll go, but who else is gonna go with me?" Briin'ken answered.

[Belladandy]

"Anocher will go," he said being his intendion all along.
"Anocher have his sword to use." Such a wepon he carried was sharp enough to behead a wyrm.

[Briin'ken]

"Well.. I don't really have any weapons, just my teeth and agility. And I have no idea if this necklace does anything or if it's just a decoration.. But I know how to fight!"

Briin'ken looked at the others and asked, "All in agreement that Anocher and I will venture into this cave?"

Garnet looked warily into the cave. "I... I guess so," she said after a while. "But if you get hurt, then I'll have to yell at people." She grinned. "Just kidding! But PLEASE be careful. And remember - if you need any help, just yell." She looked at her two friends with some worry in her eyes before she motioned them to enter the cave.

[Carunplugged]

"Wait! Before you go, take this." the dragon handed Briin a dragon's tooth. "If things get messy, bury this, a warrior will sprout from it." he explained. "He'll be less than smart but very strong." he turned to Garnet. "shall we set up camp?"

[Briin]

"Hey thanks, Charon! This is really neat.." (somehow) she turned it over in her paw(s?), inspecting it. She then held it out to Anocher.

"Could you carry it for me please? I can dig pretty fast, so if we need the tooth, I'll dig a hole for you."

"Of course," Garnet said to Charon, finally taking in her surroundings. She looked around, the wind finally having died down completely, and the birds were chirping and time seemed to have been restored. "Now, where shall we set up? One of us should go get wood for fire. I can start a fire if you can't, but you're a dragon, so I'm pretty sure you can." She grinned.

[Belladandy]

"Anocher shall do!" he said taking the tooth. Placing inside of his bag that hung on his belt. Then he took out a small spiral horn much like a unicorn. Handing it to Garnet he said. “This be a horn from a dragconra. Has same magic as unicorn. If one is hurt use horn. Anocher give it to Garnet to hold for the time being. "

Garnet smiled and sat down, taking the horn with her front paws so she could talk. "Thank you, Anocher. I'll use it when or if it is needed," she said as she looked around for a small rope. She found a vine, but it was rather long, so she cut it with her teeth to an appropriate size. She then wrapped the vine around the horn and tied it around her neck. It would be easier to carry around that way. "Oh, and before you go," she said, "You should get a torch of some kind. It looks dark in there..." She peered into the cave, squinting to see the back of it, but she could not.

Having more humaniod like paws Anocher quickly made a torch. Now a least they can see of what's lies ahead. he thought.

Garnet stared at the torch for a second, mystified by the fire, as she always was. She turned towards the cave. "Okay, I suppose you're ready. Be very careful - you don't know what's in there. We'll be out here waiting. Call if you need us. Umm... yeah. I think that's about it." Her ears twitched back and forth nervously, and her eyes were wide. She was worried for her friends. "Go on, and be quick. The sun has almost set."

((Quick question, people: do you want me to RP the environment inside the cave? I have some good ideas... hehe. Let me know. *grin*))

"Anocher will go frist", he said. With left hand holding the torch leaving his right hand free Anocher steped inside.
