"I don't know," She answered. "It is toldthese beast were used for warfare by great and powerful lords."
The fairy shook her head. "But in all the stories the all the Mor'tacks were kill off by heros of old."
~~~~~~~~~~~ Somewhere else a man-like figure stood near the tree where once the unicorn and the fairy stayed before the attack. He was all cloaked in gray with a hood over his head. He carried a long slender cross bow that was straped to his back.
Bending down the figure examined the fairy house now torn to shreds by the Mor'tack.
Celeste started slowly getting to her feet. "Well, if they were all killed, then why is this one still alive?" she thought aloud. "Maybe they forgot about it or something... or, maybe they kept it alive for a reason. We will never know unless we ask! ...And I don't know about you, but I don't think I want to do that." She grinned and snickered. "But that's besides the point that one cannot fully trust in myths and legends, since half of them were only made up to solve problems for a specific need of someone." She paused, running thoughts through her head, when she suddenly stopped and considered the needs of her and her friend. Her stomach growled softly, but she ignored it. "Where should we go now?"
"First things first we eat!" Was the fairy's answer.
~~~~~~
Walking around the area the figure studied the tracks the unicorn and the Mor'tack left behind. Visualizing from the evidence of what happened last night.

Celeste grinned. "Sounds good to me!" Her stomach grumbled again, this time more fiercely. She looked around her. Just dirt. No forage or shrubs or anything. Just dirt. The thought made her stomach grumble for the third time. She groaned. "Ohh, where do we eat now?" She rolled her eyes and slumped a little. "We could go back to the plains, or look for forage over there. But hey.. that's just for me. What do Lesser Fairies eat?"
----
((Whoob! Hope you don't mind my introducing another character here. I drew him, and hopefully I will be able to scan him soon... for now, all I can give you is a *hopefully* good description. ^^; I actually got his idea from the Book of Revelations' devil-dragon with the crowns and seven heads, although I got lazy and only drew three... heh.))
Slowly, a large burly dragon made his way through the forest. It was quite tall, but yet still short enough to stay below the treetops. It would have been classified as a normal dragon, had it not been for his three heads. Atop these heads floated small golden crowns, sparkling with several jewels. Two large, pointy front teeth almost the size of bananas stuck out from the upper lips of the dragon. It had a long, pointed tail that swayed to and fro as it walked, and its heads were attached to long, snake-like necks. Each of these heads had a name. If you were looking at it from the front, the center head was Romulous, the head to your right was Attalus, and the head to your left was Caesar. As the dragon walked, the ground rumbled ever-so-slightly. It was headed for the river, thirsty for a good drink of cool water.

((Okays with me!))
The grey figure stood up seeing the three-headed dragon ran into the woods and into the shadows. Without making any noise he follow the dragon since they were both headed in the same direction. ~~~~~~~
"You need not worry about me." Moonsong answered. "I can hunt for fish in the river and since my magical eleament is water I....." She stoped at that moment turning around hearing something. "Did you hear that!"

Celeste's ears swiveled about as she listened intently. All was quiet for a little while. For a few minutes, she heard nothing, but then detected a slight low-toned rumbling. She shifted her weight and nodded. "Aye," she said, "I did. What is it?" She turned herself around and peered into the forest, squinting. "Sounds like it's coming from that direction..."
----
The three-headed dragon was quite a sight to see. The three heads began quarrelling with each other rather suddenly, as it would get annoying to them to have to be with each other all the time. "I swear to you the river is this way!" cried the center head, Romulus. "You said that last time when we were looking for the lake," snapped Attalus. "I don't trust you!" "Quiet, you two. Can't I just get some peace for a little while?" Caesar shook his head, the most immature of the three. "You two are always angry at each other! Shut up for once." The other two heads suddenly turned and growled at Caesar, baring their teeth. "It seems to be only you, brother, who has a problem with us bickering. There is a decision to be made now, and if you were wise, you would be silent," said Romulus, and he turned back to shouting at Attalus.

"I don't think it's our "feind" from last night." The Lesser fairy comented. "I go find out." Moonsong took flight flying above the trees and gazing outward twords the sound.
~~~~ Steping into veiw for moment the grey figure spoke to the three head dragon. "Master Dragons, the river you seek is in that way." He pointed in the right direction. His voice didn't sound like a man nor did he smell like a man. For he wasn't human but an elf.
"O-" Celeste cut herself off as her friend flew away and sighed. "-kay." She shook her mane and bent down, getting a quick sip of the river. For now, she'd wait here until her friend got back. Then she could eat.
----
The dragon jumped, spinning around. The appearance of this cloaked creature was entirely surprising. Attalus bent down and stuck his massive head in the elf's face. "And who might you be?" he asked, baring his teeth and growling slightly. Romulus rolled his eyes. "Brother, please. Show some dignity. He was simply trying to help us." However, he looked down at the elf and raised an eyebrow, looking at it inquisitively. Neither of the three heads had laid an eye on an elf before. Caesar snapped at Attalus. "Get up, fool! You're probably scaring it." Soon, though, his head too was down near the elf sniffing it with its massive nose. Romulus sighed. "Sorry, friend..."
Looking around Moonsong spoted the dragons. "Kawel! She uttered under her breath. She'd seen dragons before but never a three headed dragon! And it seemed to be talking to something that she couldn't see. The Lesser fairy qiuckly flew back to her compaion shouting excitedly. "It's a three headed dragon!"
~~~~~~~~ The elf chuckled underneigh his hood. "That's qiute all right I am not easily scared." Then as though talking to himself he added in a serious. "There are far more greater things to fear then a three-headed dragon."
After saying this in a blink of an eye the elf vanished as he always did in the past.

Romulus was just about to protest that indeed he was far more scarier than anything he had ever met when suddenly the elf vanished. "What the-" he paused. "I do say. That was a rather odd encounter." "Stop acting all proper!" Caesar randomly protested, lifting his head up. "You never do that. Ever. Stop. It's creeping me out." Romulus sighed. Caesar was right. He was just randomly being proper. Sometimes it was fun, though. "Okay, whatever. But as the best head, I say we move on. I don't know about you two, but I'm still thirsty." He moved the body on his own accord, turning it to go in the direction of the stream. Attalus just let it all go. He normally would have protested, but he decided to just let it go.
----
Celeste's eyes widened. "A three-headed dragon? Seriously? Nah. There are none of those! You're joking!..." She saw the seriousness of her friend's face and her brow flattened. "...You're not joking, are you?" The prospect was quite interesting. She wanted to meet this dragon. "Did it look dangerous?"

Celeste's eyes widened. "Oh, dear! What if they eat us? What if they turn out to be unfriendly? We must hide!" she cried. The ground rumbling was getting a little more noticeable now as the dragon(s) steadily approached. Celeste began to bounce around. "What should we do, what should we do? And all on an empty stomach...!" Remembering she had not eaten, her stomach growled again.

"Then you hide yourself!" The fairy replied. "If they turn out to be friend then I'll call you out from hiding...if foe then...." She held up her dartgun.

Celeste nodded. "Sounds good to me. Be careful," she said, quickly darting behind a tree a little ways away. Lucky for her it was a very large tree.
----
Attalus squinted. "There!" he cried, half sounding as though he had roared. "I see it! Let's go!" The dragon began to run, making the earth's ground quake more-so. Caesar's tongue lolled on the side of his mouth, panting. How long had it been since they had had water? Oh, but a few hours... He was still thirsty, though. They all were. Skidding to a hault at the river's side, the dragon sat down and coiled its tail around itself. Attalus, the head closest to the fairy, failed to notice her as he plunged his head down into the water to get a drink. "Brother! Look what you've done! Could you splash a little less?" Romulus snapped, baring his teeth at Attalus. Attalus made no reply, but rather just drank instead. Caesar, too, was drinking, and soon Romulus had stuck his head into the river, too.

Moonsong didn't bother to move as water slashed on to her. Water was her element and she loved getting wet.
Didn't even notice me!I guess they think I'm a firefly. She thought looking over her shoulder at the bright light her wings gave off. Turning back to the dragons she wasn't about to just be ignoured after all Moonsong was courious about this dragon.
"Good Morning...err master dragons!" The fairy said outloud wondering if they could hear her.
She hope they were friendly and if not...Well lets just see how I take on a dragon even if they have three heads.
