Stormie~ Okay, Conrad took a picture of them before we counted them. Once he has it uploaded I'll show it off. ^_^
Leafy~ Yeah, it's a huge litter (though not unheard of). What's really surprising is that a first-time mom produced that many. ^^ *laughs* Yes, we're definately getting lots of gerbils. Actually, between Gwen's tiny batch of 3 and this huge batch from Meg, it equals out to the 6 or so babies we were expecting from the two batches.

Sea~ Oh, I used to breed Guinea Pigs! Yeah, the normal batch is 2-4 with them. I had one strain that would generally have around 5-6, though. One piggie even had 8, if I remember correctly. Usually they have much smaller batches though. ^^ Gerbil batches are usually around 5-6 pups big.
Pheonyx~ ^_^

*huggles her guinea pigs* ;D My babies!
Kinda funny story how she got pregnant. When we got our first two, we thought we were getting two females. Long story short, one was a male.... Yup. ^_^ You can figure the rest out.

Sea~ Yeah, it's amazing how often that happens. We were at a pet store the other day looking at some gerbils, and the employee trying to help us told us they were both girls, but when he was checking, I could definately tell one was a boy. *shakes head*

*laughs* Yes, MORE babies. We're still waiting on Honey to birth, too. I don't think she'll have as many as Meg did, though. ^^

(aka Pega)
*amused* Well, then... we just might /hafta/ take some bebbies off your hands! If you get too overloaded, you can always sell them to the petshop... though that in itself is sad. ;_; I once had a hamster who had a litter of five... I sold them for 15 dollars, aka 3 dollars each, and they proceeded to sell them for eight dollars each. Oh well. ^^; I didn't have a place to keep all those hammy babies!
